Men's Lightweight Pace Running Shorts Outdoor Marathon Quick Dry 2 in 1 Shorts Zip Pocket

My Nike, Roadrunner Sports and New Balance running shorts were each at least $39 and while they've all lasted several years, they're all in bad shape. These shorts will likely last just as long, if not longer, for much less money. And for comfort, I actually prefer these to any other shorts I've ever had.The tights underneath are very comfortable. I was concerned because you can see the seam in the crotch where it comes together right in the middle, but after a handful of runs I have yet to feel anything. The outer material is kind of soft canvas-y, which is kinda cool. I really like how the outer short is what my kids call a "shorty short," but there is a longer under component too. The zippered pocket is at least on par with my Nike's that failed after a few months.I plan on buying more. Even if they only last a few months, they're better than any expensive brand running short I've worn. For what it's worth, I've run four full and several half marathons, a 70.3 Ironman and a 140.6 Ironman, all after turning 40, so I'm very sensitive to discomfort, both from long runs and from old guy pain.EDIT: I wear Medium shorts and these 2XL fit perfectly.

This is a specific nit with the black and yellow ones. I ordered an assortment of colors including the black and yellow in 3XL (I normally wear a men's large). The others fit about how one would like but the black and yellow pair are significantly shorter as evidenced in the picture. As such, the inner lining tends to ride up almost immediately.I like the rest and feel they're a great value in 2-in-1 running shorts, as someone who has to wear them or I get horribly chafed. I think the black and yellows are cut a bit too short, though. Nor can you bump up the size to 4XL as the waist is cut the same on both (if not larger on the black and yellow) and would therefore be too large.

These are great work our shorts. It is good to have the tight fitting underliner. Don’t expect the underlining to feel like SKINS but it is adequate. Think I’ll buy another color. Medium fits great.

My husband wears for neighborhood jogs. very flexible, lightweight and quick-drying. It has a small zipped pocket. good price.

I'm very particular about my running gear having run 17 marathons and train throughout the entire year. I don't like really long or heavy running shorts, and these were perfect. In my regular running shorts, chafing sometimes occurs, so I'll through on a pair of compression shorts with my regular running shorts with a liner. Too much. With these shorts, those three layers (compression, liner, shorts) are just down to two ("compression" & shorts). They really aren't compression but they feel much more comfortable than having that liner cut into my skin.

I am 5'11" and 185 lbs. I needed size 3XLMake sure you check the size chart carefully.I would have given this 5 starts, but the zipper pocket on the back is too puffy, way too low and the zipper is really cheap.I love the length and the fit (and the price) and I still wear them every week. I just don't put much in the pocket...
