Designs for Health Liposomal B Supreme, Liquid B Vitamin, 50 Servings

I was a little leary reading the reviews of others, but this was recommended by my daughter's friend who is very knowledgeable in this area. Honestly, the taste isn't as bad as some of these reviews make it out to be. Of course it doesn't taste like candy, lol, but it is doable. I am on week two and I really seem to have more energy, especially in the afternoons when I usually crash. If you are needing a good b12, give this a shot for yourself and dont be discouraged by all the naysayers-lol

A favorite here,so much better then taking a pill, flavor is also not bad.Felt like it helped with energy and mood.

The taste of this stuff is not good. However, I’m using in conjunction with D3 liquid and Magnesium Sulfate to help wean myself off of energy drinks. I noticed an increase of sustained energy without a crash.

Okay. I want to make this clear, the single star I am giving is not really for this product, but rather that Amazon, as the distributor, is not the best way to get it. I actually really love the product. The first time I bought this on Amazon, I saw that some people were saying that it tasted awful. Mine didn't. It was great. So I ordered it again. This time it tasted really nasty. Amazon was actually very good about accepting the return and I was reimbursed in full. But I really liked my first bottle, so I searched for it elsewhere and I haven't had a problem since. I suspect that this product doesn't do well when stored in a distribution center. I have no proof, but I would not recommend buying it here.

I have another vitamin B product I use and I don’t think it was as good as this one. This Is a high-quality product and I have already started noticing differences. I started to use this because I had a constant eye twitch, and my chiropractor told me to start taking vitamin B 12 which this has - and my eye twitch is all gone (WOO!). I am really weird about buying just any supplements in the industry as I know a lot Supplements are not what they say they are - this is what it says it is and worth the money. I know a lot of people talk about the vitamin taste. I don’t think it is that awful. I leave this under my tongue for 30 to 45 seconds and then just chase it with water. Or you can chase it with a flavored drink. The taste goes away for me.

Works better than pill version

This product was recommended by my Dr. I feel like it works, but my gosh the flavor is terrible. Also the bottle leaked a lot.

It’s been only one week since using this and my energy and focus is definitely up. It’s not this overwhelming feeling it’s just I’m noticing I’m getting more things done. Not really thinking too much into things, just doing them. And I used to sleep up to 10 hours. I’ve been going to bed at 10 and last 4 days I’m up at 6-630 ready to go. Can’t sleep just ready to get up and get going. It’s actually crazy. Try and get past the taste! I have a chaser ready to go, the benefits I think could be worth it.

Feel it's good product. Can feel the brain uplift and feeling of calm soon after absorbing under tongue.
