Mindful Moments Cards: Contemplations to Help Kids Remember the Important Things in Life Cards – December 31, 2008

The cards are beautifully made and I will use them in my groups. The colors are attention grabbing and the writings are well thought out. I especially like the strength meditations because they help empower my clients who may be in a down frame of mind. The cards arrived in a lovely carrying pouch and there is an instruction book that provides help for using the cards. The cards are sturdy and thick, I believe they will last a long time. There are so many ways to use theses cards that I am confident I will be able to integrate them in to my program in many different topics.

My kids, ages 5 and 8, loved the cards. Helped spark some fun and meaningful family conversations on making wise and kind choices in our lives. And remembering good times in our lives that enriched those around us, i.e. small acts of kindness we have have done and can do and how those actions help us feel good inside.

I pull one card and use with a youth group , the topics are good, thought provoking and age appropriate for all ages. I also use the deck for my own journaling and meditation

I used these cards for the first time today while counseling kids. I had flipped through and read many, but not all. It was disappointing to find spelling errors on the cards. The colors along the edges of the cards started wearing away after just four uses of cards being handled.I like the concept and content as well as the artwork. The poor inking, spelling errors and cheap chiffon bag the cards came in took away from the positives.Update... A co-worker just ordered these and received them without letters missing from words like mine were.

My therapist had these cards and told us they were good for 'in the now'wonderful cards and very peaceful to use. They came early and were in top condition. Get these!!

They’re nice cards. But not what I thought I was getting. The images seen are the images repeated on all the cards. Younger kids will need parent there to read what’s written. I was hoping for good pictures to suggest the card meaning.

These are simply beautiful. My Montessori students LOVE utilizing these as calm down methods in my office, as well as the classroom. A wonderful to inspire reflection, induce peace, and motivate for further experience.

Love these. I'm an in school suspension teacher and I used these as soon as they arrived. The high school kids participated and one cried. It's good because my kids at school don't show emotions. As a person with a master's degree in counseling trust me when I say I love these card's
