"Barney Goes To The Zoo" is a taut and gripping psychological thriller that dares to explores the depths of the human psyche. While I was surprised by the dark undertones and vivid symbolism that I found in what I thought was a children's story, I nevertheless became embroiled in the gripping narrative that included the Catholic Church, The English War of Roses, and the events that led to Bob Barker being removed as the host of The Price is Right. The subplot featuring Baby Bop as sleeper agent for Red China during the 1950's did meander quite a bit, however that fails to detract from a story that ranks among the very best Grisham and Clancy novels. Recommended.

The book came covered with stickers and the binding was ripped. Terrible. Wish I could have given 0 stars.

My 16-month old son has absolutely loved this book. I bought it 2 months ago, and it has been read more times than I can count. Many other books he has have the flaps torn off, but while he has bent some of these flaps, they have remained attached to the book. My 3-year old also loves to "read" this book. Definitely a worthy purchase for our household.

My 17 month old twin daughters love this book. I have read it so many times that I know all the words. It is better than some other lift-the-flap books because the flaps are not as easily torn off. I think this is the only lift-the-flap book we have that still has all the flaps.

Wonderful book for the toddler who's learning about animals. I highly recommend

This may be the worst book in the 200+ books we've read to our our 2.5 year old son. Bad grammar, pictures behind flaps that don't align to the pictures on the front of the flaps, and most importantly, the animals make no sense in the context of the surroundings (in a picture with prairie dogs and rabbits in mounds, a camel is behind the flap!?!) I feel like both me and my son regressed in our understanding of the world after reading this nonsense.

Arrived in good time. Grandson loves it.

大すきなバーニーと動物園に！！フラップをめくる、、、という作業が子供は大好きなのですね。。。動物が飛び出すたびに、色々な反応を見せてくれます。動物も代表的というか、メジャーなものばかりです。1歳半の娘は「タイガー」しかいえませんが、英語で他の動物の名前を言うと指差せるくらいになりました！！毎日5.6回、「ママ～バーニープリー」って、本を持って膝に座るのです。本当に安くてお得とはこの本の為の言葉です！！
