Hello, why did it come in some creamer box not a proper box of laughing Buddha? Also, why does it look like it is used or second hand?

My Buddha was not packed that way, it was in a dark plain box with bubble wrap around it. I believe my Buddha was new. I have purchased other things from Amazon and they were used definitely. It does happen.
