Rise Up Rose is a winner.
I have an array of these Revlon matte lipsticks, but I use up the Rise Up Rose color more than any other and I have tubes of it in all my makeup kits. I’ m often asked about this color when wearing it.

Ultimate MLBB shade
This is the ultimate 'my lips but better' shade. The staying power is pretty strong, and blotting isn't strictly necessary to prevent color rub-off. This shade is truly matte. The formulation of the lipstick isn't too drying. I would say it's about as pigmented as some of the higher-end lipsticks I've owned, and the feel is similar. There isn't a weird smell (either unintentionally or intentionally) - it smells like nothing! It also is pretty resilient to melting. These shades also have about a 2 (on a scale from 0-10, 0 being the least harmful) on the EWG safety scale, which is very good for a drugstore lipstick.

Beautiful, creamy lipstick. I have extremely dry lips but that is not a problem with this lipstick. It is very hydrating and is beautiful. It is slightly sheer but that is a small price to pay for such a nice lipstick. Highly recommend!
