Granted, I didn't measure. Former strongman champion but haven't been in a gym for 10 yrs since MRSA ended my career. Large barely went on. Blew out the stitching on top. Don't consider myself "large" anymore, but evidently I am XL still. Compression is good, relieves pain, looks good in public. Overall, good bang for the buck.

I actually got these for a BNHA Deku cosplay, but they’re comfortable! I went up a size because I’m wearing one of them on my upper arm, not my elbow and that worked well. Great price, since I didn’t need it for working out or anything I didn’t want to splurge.

My husband purchased for his tennis elbow, these helped! They won't cure you, but, they have enough elasticity and support to help minimize his pain.

I expected thicker material, but the sleeves give good compression on my elbow joints and are worth the price.

The fit great, id like them better if they were a lil bit thinner as you still sweat cause their not as breathable as i thought but i still wear them every day

There was nothing I disliked, The fit was great it really helps my knees and the pain was almost gone.Best I felt in a long time. Great product.

These things are well worth the money they allow me to work without the usual pain I suffer doing my job
