Love this massage chair. It is set up in.our house for back and neck massage. It fits me just about perfectly (I am 5'5" and a little bit heavy but way under the chairs proposed weight limit). The burgs day color works great in our house. It came with a giant carry bag which we don't use but would be useful for someone who needs to move the chair for clients and tattoo conventions and such. The only thing that gives me pause in recommending for everyone is that I don't know how a tall person would fit into it. For our purposes (my partner is shorter than me) it works great. It is sturdy and light enough to move around the house and up and down stairs (I'm over 60 and have no trouble folding and carrying it. For the price, it is higher quality than I expected. The padding is firm and thick. I recommend with a slight caveat (and I could easily be wrong!) re tall people using it.

got this massage chair for my wife and I . didn't really need to assemble , it came partially assembled just needed to put the head rest into the main stem tube. The screw knob that tightens the chest pad and the headrest was missing. I rang customer service ( the number is in one of the other reviews ) and they sent the missing knob straight away. The seat does have some movement when you wiggle it but once you sit down it doesn't seem to move. Now keep in mind I am 5'11 165 lbs my wife is 105 lbs so we're not the heaviest people and it works for us . Not sure if I would be totally comfortable if I was 300 lbs. For the price it's very good I think. We are not professionals and use it for 10-15 mins at a time and only a few times a week so we're not putting a lot of stress on the unit. I probably wouldn't recommend this for a true mobile professional massage therapist. The main thing to come out of this review is that it's a good bang for your buck.

My wife has been complaining about back pain and I've been trying to give her massages for it on the bed, but beds are usually do not product a firm and sturdy surface for massages. Ordered this product, it came quicker than initial expected delivery date. To my surprise, no issues out the box. Everything fit perfectly, it was sturdy and firm. It also folds well too. I can see how some reviews have issues with durability, this is not made for heavy duty work it's portable, simple, and easy to use. You get what you pay for. We're happy with it and would definitely recommend to others for simple family use.

This is a very nice chair. My husband and I use it to give each other shoulder and neck massages. It's sturdy and has been worth the purchase...much cheaper than getting regular massages at a spa!

I do a lot of chair massage these days. I started out borrowing my sister's earthlite chair which is very adjustable and comfortable. This chair isn't as adjustable and not nearly as comfortable. The cons: The seat doesn't have any tilt to it so feels uncomfortable when leaning forward on the chest pad, the face cradle always gives on one side making it uneven no matter how much I tighten it. The seat is kinda wobbly, I'm always tightening that too. The chest pad only adjusts up and down but only with the face cradle in position which is hard with certain clients. The carry bag can be kinda difficult if you don't have the chair in there just right and I've got a hole in it from trying to wrestle with it. Again other chairs I've worked with have bags that are super easy and sturdy. The pros: it's light, easy to set up and break down, it's affordable, and does the job. Overall this chair works if you're in a pinch, on a budget, or you don't do that much chair massage. I'm glad I purchased it but will be looking to upgrade in the near future.

I am a massage therapist, I received this product and the first thing I noticed was that it was warped, and did not sit level to the ground, so it rocked when no one was on it. I got on it and it didn’t rock so I figured I would use it for my practice. I do a few chair massage events every year, where I have multiple clients on my chair throughout the day. During one of my events, the face rest started falling apart, and the cheap wood used for the seat cracked. It only lasted two massage chair events and I couldn’t return it because I had it too long. Don’t waste your time on cheap material.

Used it when I got a victrectomy. It worked great.
