Gonex 150L Foldable Travel Duffle Bag with Shoe Compartment, Lightweight

I bought this bag years ago (back in 2018) and still use it yearly for trips back and forth from Asia to the US. I have limited storage space, so rather than buying multiple bulky suitcases, I own one sturdy Samsonite and then I store my other luggage (backpacks, carry-on, duffles) inside. It is incredibly lightweight and easily folds up to a small, manageable size for storage. While the fabric originally felt thin, I’ve been so impressed with how it has held up over many, many international trips. I’ve never had a rip or zipper issue. I generally only use this bag for clothes, shoes, bags, and other soft items. It doesn’t have the structure to protect hard or fragile items. I appreciate the amount of pockets on this bag. There is a shoe-style pocket that could be used for shoes or other items you don’t want touching the rest of your luggage. Filling this does take away some of the internal capacity. There are three other external pockets that are useful for stuffing with last-minute items like shirts or flip flops (they are too small to fit much else) and there is one more small internal pouch. It also has an external pocket to slide onto your rolling luggage handle (I don’t tend to use this when fully packed as it makes the load too top heavy). It did come with a shoulder strap that might be useful if you aren’t carrying heavy items. I’ve never used it as I tend to stuff this bag to its absolute capacity each trip. I’ve never had issues with it being over 50 pounds (I think it would be challenging to do so). While transporting it fully packed, it can be heavy and carrying it by its handles is the only option. For those who highly prefer rolling luggage, you may find this to be an issue when transporting through the airport or to your destination. I choose to only use this bag when I know I have direct transportation options and won’t be carrying it for long periods of time. I’ve found this bag to be perfect for international moves or other destinations where you know you will be doing a lot of shopping (you can throw it in your suitcase and unfold it at your destination). For the price, I find this bag to be an excellent value. Since my original purchase, I’ve bought 4 more for another big international move in Asia. I’ve never had a single rip, hole, or zipper malfunction. A great buy I’ve never regretted!

Excellent for travel! This is very durable and lightweight. This works as a checked bag or as a carry-on. Great, durable zipper. We have several of these and have bought them as gifts

This was a hit. It really DOES fold up just like the videos claim. It's lightweight to pack on a 20-hour flight. The extra compartments keep things organized. The zipper held up exactly as expected. Thin enough to carry everywhere, but thick enough that doesn't feel like it's going to break.

This is my third of these duffle bags - I have three different sizes and colors. I like that they hold a lot yet stow away in a neat flat bundle. I only gave it four stars this time because I ordered the gray bag but it is more green than gray. I would call it a dark sage color (a grayish green). It looks more like what is pictured for the dark green description rather than gray. I was very disappointed because I wanted the gray to coordinate with my purple and teal bags. I ordered a second one to see if the color was just a mistake, but it was gray-green as well, so I sent it back. Thankfully, the bag itself is just the size I need, and the color is pleasant, even if it's not actually gray. A true gray would have been awesome. They should change the description of the color.

We bought four of these 40L models for a long international trip we are currently on. It has 11 flights on 6 different airlines. They are to serve as seconary checked luggage with the airlines when we have a flight that has stricter weight limits per bag. We transfer the soft items (clothes) from our luggage into these bags and then check multiple bags for the flight. So far this has worked great. These bags are awesome! I wish I had bought these years ago. They are just the right size. Not too big. Not too small. They balance perfectly on top of our wheeled luggage. When crammed full of clothes, they weigh about 8 kg. They are easy to handle. I don't know if it is mentioned or not. But they have the side "slot" that lets you drop this bag over the handle of your luggage so that it doesn't fall off when you are walking though the airport. I didn't know that when I bought these. That has been a lifesaver! When we don't need them, they fold up very small and fit nicely inside our regular luggage. I went ahead and attached perment luggage tags to them so that when can deploy them at an airport on the spot if needed. I store zipties into the external pockets that I use to "lock" the main zipper when checking the bag. The reason I bought 4 is because we each keep one in our carry on bag too. This is to be deployed in the event that we are forced to bag check our carry-on because of weight or size limits. A lot of airlines now have weight limits of 10kg for carry on. This will let us split out carry-on payload and keep the valuables on us while letting the airline bagcheck the carry-on. So far we haven't had to do this. Our only regret is buying all 4 the same color. In the hotel we don't know who's bag belongs to whom. We would have bought different colors for each person if we could do it over it.

This is a really great duffle. I took it with me in my carry on, folded up, on a recent trip to Europe. I checked it on the way back, and it did great. Since I like to travel carry on and personal item only, it's great to take along in case you shop a lot on your trip. You can pack your dirty clothes in it on the way home and put your purchases in your carry on. I could have gotten by with the next smaller size - I purchased the 40 L size - but it doesn't weigh much and takes up little room, so it's great to have just in case.

Awesome awesome awesome. Lightweight material but durable. Use it for 4 day camping trip. Fits 2 person shoes, clothes jacket and some daily essentials. (Total 20 piece of clothes?) Only thing this feels more like a 60-65L rather than a 80L. But other than that it works like a charm. Slightly anti-dirt and water repelled.

I love this bag. It fits a surprising amount and is very well balanced. The material is more durable than other bags. Going to order another. I got two already.

Tamaño idel para monovolumen si quieres ir de viaje. En casa guardo ropa vieja para no darla a Cáritas, no me gusta la iglesia, y entra bastante. Buena compra.

I really love this bag. It can be folded very nicely and placed in small luggage. When it is expanded, many items can be fit. Great quality.

Borsone altamente consigliato. Ovviamente per conservare roba non troppo pesante o acuminata che potrebbe ledere il tessuto dall'interno perché è un tessuto sottile e leggero ma dall'altro lato resistente e con una buona impermeabilità. Ho apprezzato molto la facilità con cui si può richiudere su stesso diventando grande 30x30cm, molto comodo se si vuole portare dietro per ottimizzare lo spazio e utilizzarlo al momento opportuno. La capienza è ottimale, ci entra dentro tantissima roba e la tasca esterna per le scarpe è molto molto comoda e anche molto grande:possono entrarci anche due paia piccole di scarpe o un paio di scarpe grandi e altre piccole. N. B. La tasca delle scarpe se piena, occupa una parte dello spazio interno del borsone perché rientra dentro di esso. Quindi, valutate anche questo prima dell'acquisto! Ha comodi manici che permettono di portarlo sia a mano che a spalla (in questo ultimo caso, poiché la base non è rigida il borsone potrebbe incurvarsi seguendo le linee di forza dei manici). Nel complesso lo consiglio a chi come me lo usa per roba comoda come lenzuola, coperte e cuscini, è perfetto per questo scopo.
