I highly recommend this medication for anyone with anxiety for any reason. My case was I was traveling for the first time for a 13 hour trip. This medication was a true lifesaver. I was so very relaxed and calm with no irritation. I love this product.

I am 45 and lately I have been on an emotional roller coaster. I'm afraid I'm probably in the beginning stages of menopause. I have felt like I have severe PMS all the time and anxious a lot. I got Kava Cool Complex just a few days ago and immediately felt myself evening out. Now even if I get upset about something, I stay calm instead of feeling my heart racing and bursting into tears. These little pills have been a lifesaver for me!

I have used this for about 2 years. I take one pill as needed when I am feeling stressed/ anxious, or depressed about life. Like most people some days are harder and its great to not have to take a pill everyday for anxiety. If my feelings are more down, I take one. Or if I get anxious regarding something like an interview, travel, ect I can take one.

This is definitely a relaxant and not a sleep aid. Unfortunately was able to find comparable product in local natural herb shop that is more cost effective, however do like this product and recommend it.

These contain Kava and several other herbs that help calm you down. I find that I can stop a stress headache if I take it when I first start feeling the tightening in my head. It also comes in handy when going into a high stress situation. Highly recommended.

Did not notice any real positive result. Also there is a risk of liver damage due to the kava, probably not worth the risk.
