Saw this range in a pharmacy whilst on holiday in Ireland. A great help with my healthy eating plan and tastes good too . I bought them initially to replace a meal when I am at home but have also found them very useful for when I am out and about.

These meal replacement shake mixes are enough for a one week supply if you drink in place of one meal. They are only just over two hundred calories so I would recommend drinking one instead of your lunch as they don't fill you up very much.When made up with water as per instructions they are nice and thick with a creamy texture but with some bittiness. The flavour is nice and sweet, not too artificial tasting. It is recommended to make them up in a shaker which gives the drink a nice frothiness.Overall a good meal replacement option with low calories and high fibre and protein.I hope you find this helpful.

i didn't particularly like this stuff as it lacked flavour and tasted somewhat grainy .definitely will not recommend unfortunately

Disgusting. I personally can not finish it as my taste buds can not handle it. It has a really weird taste to it.
