What is the maximum carrying weight can this bag handle without breaking?

It is hard to determine because using the bag handle changes things. I used this with heavy orders and I have navigated this option. I would guess 20-25

Can you delivery guys fit a large pizza box, presumably by letting the sides bulge out?

Hi, The National Chains (Pizza Hut, Dominos, Papa John's ) large pizza box is 14″. Our premium quality bag dimension is 23" x 14" which means the box will fit but might be pretty tight for the large sized pizza box. But we can assure you that 12" medium sized pizza box will fit perfectly in our premium bag! Our bag stands 15" tall, perfect to accommodate 4-7 stacked pizza boxes. how long does it stay cold?

They can keep ice frozen for 2-3 hours. Frozen items were still solid over 2 hours in Florida warm weather. ( Review from one of our customers)

Can you divide both hot and cold foods in the bag at one time using the divider? Or is it either or?

I have used a towel to wrap the hot food to keep it hot on the one side of the divider, while putting cold food on the other side. Works well this way.
