YOU WONT REGRET ITT!!
I was lowkey confused on what waist trainer to get because thereโs so many. Iโm 5โ1 and about 130 lbs, so I got an XS and it fits me really good. It was hard asf to put on at first, but you honestly just gotta wear it in and it gets easier. Itโs been helping my posture a lot, and my spine/back feels way more supported when I have it on. Definitely one of my favorite purchases. Iโd 100% recommend it, and Iโll definitely be buying again.

Fits as expected, works very well, very comfortable 10/10 recommend
Sooo in the beginning, idk why I bought a small. I was reading the comments and they said โget one smaller than what you really areโ and I shouldnโt have gone based on what they said. The small starts at 27 inches and Iโm 33 inches. I got a basic 28$ waist trainer. I ended up just ordering a larger one because I do expect to get down to a 25/24 in the future so Iโm keeping the small. But I ordered a Large, not a medium. My waist started at 33 inches, and the Large starts at 31. I got the steel boned one but it kind of feels the same as a regular trainer. Anyways, it fit a little snug at first but it was still comfortable. I like how it straightens up my back, and you do notice a difference after a few days. I am now 31.5 inches around my waist... thatโs 1.5 inches down in 1 week! I have also been eating clean, it wonโt work if you donโt eat clean. So donโt expect expect it to work if youโre eating fast food, bad foods, or just going over your calorie limit. Also eating clean and juicing really helps with all of the bloat. Along with the waist trainer, I feel like it really does work and itโs pretty comfortable to wear while working out too. Iโm excited to see my results in the future, and definitely excited once I reach the size small waist trainer that starts at 27 inches. Will also be posting my results in a few months along with my waist training journey. Highly recommend this brand. You should also measure yourself first too. Like I said, I started off at 33 inches around and the size large was perfect for me. Iโm already on the second hooks.

This Is The One!!
Getting into waist training, I started out with something akin to a sweat band where you hook one layer then zip up another.. some soft stretchy thing with maybe 4 flexible rods for boning. It worked well until i realized i wouldn't get much change from it in the long run. The Yianna on the other hand includes an adequate amount of boning and does not stretch much at all. That first time trying it on, i could not even hook it all the way up! I had to come back to it another day.. make sure you actually measure yourself and get the right size!!! Eventually though, you WILL get it on. The more you wear it, the easier it becomes to just suck your breath in, hook those first hooks together and wallah!!! I've worn mine working out, doing chores, etc. The material is comfortable enough that you could wear it throughout your entire day without issue and it stays in place. It will definitely suck you in but you should not feel overly uncomfortable or like you can't catch your breath! We're trying to slim our waist, not cut off your circulation!!! With time, I went from using the first column of hooks to the very last.. and I would only wear mines for like a couple of hours a day. Consistency is key! If you're looking for a waist trainer that will give you a solid experience and actually help you trim inches off, the Yianna will do you right!

Sizing is way off... too big but shouldโve fit based on the size chart.
See my update belowIโm disappointed because I read hundreds of reviews and they were literally all over the place. Some said the fit was too small while others said it was too large and some event said it was perfect. I measured my waist, used the suggested size chart and went down one size because I figured smaller is better than larger. I ordered a 3xl but the size chart said 4xl based on my waist measurement. My garment is huge! When I tried it in the 3rd hook, it was baggy. Iโm a size 12 and my waist measured 39in, so the 3xl shouldโve fit. I want to reorder but Iโm confused what size. Iโm concerned about the quality control of the company. I sold body shapers years ago and I stopped because we began having sizing issues and a large didnโt always fit like a large depending on which factory made the garment. Based on the varied reviews, I believe this company may have the same issues. Iโm definitely returning the 3xl. I will try the xl and pray for the best. I canโt speak to the feel or quality because I couldnโt wear the garment. I will update this review or post an new one.Updates review! I ordered a and received the XL garment and I love it. When I first got it, it was very tight so I had to stretch it out to get it on. Once i did that, it was kinda loose (meaning I could comfortably get It in the first hook).I ordered the longer garment because I have a regular length torso, its definitely not petite or short. I find this one to be good to compress all of my stomach and back fat, but it is right at my breast line and sits on my hips. It almost hits my thighs when i sit down.I wear it during my work day, for at least 8 - 10 hours. I donโt wear it to work out because my trainer advises against it. Therefore it doesnโt get sweaty so I donโt have to clean it often. I also wear it over a tank top so itโs not directly on my skin and I donโt have any running. When I wore it without the tank top, there was minimal rubbing at my breast line and a little bruising. I didnโt like that so I always wear something under it.Overall, I like the garment. It is the most comfortable of all the garments Iโve owned. The boning is secure and doesnโt bend or Polk me like others do. The sizing is definitely an issue so I donโt know which size to buy next.

My larger ladies: Please read, then buy!!!! :-)
Ok ladies, lemme say this first: I have been anti-shapewear, cinchers, trainers, etc for years. I have always believed that if you don't look like that with your clothes off, then why bother? I purchased this hoping that it may actually train my waist on top of making healthier choices of course. But with a shape like mine, I was pretty certain it would not fit. What I mean by that is that I am extremely hippy and my lower stomach is pudgy. Let me just say: I WAS SO WRONG!!! This fit and snatched ALL of my mid section up like magic. I know some complain about the length...I am 5'3 and it PERFECTLY fits from beneath my boobs to right above my kit kat! I broke a sweat putting it on the first time, but it is super comfortable once you get it on. I would recommend ordering a size larger if u can for that perfect fit. I am able to sit and bend in it relatively easy! It does not roll down or cut into my skin either. I saw very few reviews representing the larger women so I knew I needed to post this. The pics are all with the waist trainer on btw! I wear a 22/24 in jeans and I got the 6x. Idk if I'll wanna wear this all day but I will definitely sleep in it. I hope I can see some results with this...so far so good though! Ladies please give this a try!!!

Good and Bad makes me look square when i have it on.
I do like it, I have a few pros and cons... The first time i needed my husbands help putting it on after that I was able to put it on and take it off myselfPros:I have a bad back and when I wear it, it does help me and it holds me in.I do feel if i can get it to the tightest it looks like the hourglass shape.Cons: If i have it on the first of the 3 hooks which is sometimes what i can get it on or even the second I have a BOX look with my cloths on. I did buy the right size because i was only able to get it to the 3rd hook only once and was not able to stay in it that long without being able to breath. It did take a while of wearing it to even be able to get it to the 3rd hook so in my opinion this does stretch because i am the same waist size and able to get it to the second row and wear it for a hours. The very top of it FOR ME is a lot looser than the bottom so i can put that on the 3 rd hook and even more if they had. So, this doesnt look very flattering under my cloths. If i put the top to the 3rd hook and the bottom is at the first or second there is a bulge in the middle that looks obvious and ugly. I dont wear skin tight cloths but i dont wear baggy either. I have gained some weight from medication and am self conscious so thought this would help a bit.It does increase the amount of back fat that overflows from the garment. so you can either have it high up and have Tummy bulge or lower and have back bulge.I bought a really good bra from Vanity fair it does control some of the back fat and can even get the waist trimmer to go under it but it doesnt always stay ( Love the Bra though but that'a a different review )Vanity Fair Women's Beauty Back Lace Full Figure Underwire Bra 76382,Midnight Black,40DSince i look like i am wearing something under my cloths i dont usually wear it out but if i do I wear it when i know i am wearing a jacket over it. I live in a hot climate and you go from A/C to A/C so i am usually cold. It does keep you warmer and supposed to be good for working out. Since i have back problems i am limited as to what i can do but i do wear it when i do things, i dont sweat much with it on.

I went from an XXL to a SMALL!!IT WORKS, Cause I'm just a regular ole lady,Mama of 3, and I DID IT!!
1st let me say, as with everything in life, you are going to get out, what you put in. Consistency is key. If you put in ZERO effort to healing your stomach muscles, nutrition, moving your body, paired with consistent, proper use of this waist trainer, I hate to rain on your parade, but you will get ZERO results. It's a Waist Trainer not a Magical MidSection Shrinker๐๐ All that being said.... OMGeese!! I REALLY did start using this puppy back in 2016, bought my 1st XXL and I was PSYCHED the 1st time I put it on because I had HOPE!! I immediately looked slimmer and felt relief from my lower back pain and my severe diastasis!! (If you know diastasis, I had a whole hand--5fingers--of separation and it is HEALED!!) There began my waist training journey, little did I know at that moment, that my decision to start waist training would spiral into an entire health, fitness and nutrition overhaul forever changing my life for the better!!The product itself, I am telling you, I have TRIED THEM ALL๐๐ซฃ Yianna is above and beyond!! Trust. Multiple times, I've been shopping around on The Zon browsing the newest waist trainers and thought "Oh look, this one is a little less expensive and is a new company, let me try this one".... I ALWAYS come back, kicking my own butt for wasting money and thinking another company could top the OG of waist training companys!! Lol!!The product itself, is very sturdy. It has longevity compared to every other brand I've tried. You won't find better "bang for your buck"!! Depending on how active you are, how your posture is, if you bend "properly" will depend on how much wear you can get out of the steel bones. Eventually they do wear out and form to your body. I am very active and I get *at least* 6 months of daily wear out of my Yianna waist trainer, before it's too worn out and needs replaced. The directions they give (with the waist trainer/on the website/in the pics on The Zon) if followed accurately, will walk you through putting it on and taking it off with ease.I HIGHLY recommend this waist trainer. I am proof!! I went from an XXL to a SMALL!! My posture has been corrected, I've learned portion control with my meals, my diastasis has healed itself, my stomach is FLAT, I feel like a million bucks in my clothing not thinking about muffin tops... Ok, I probably AM thinking about muffin tops, but not MY muffin top๐๐ NGL Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffin Tops are everything.... That's the title of the chapter in my book just before the chapter titled "Wore a waist trainer for 8 years and then Reviewed it on The Zon". Back to the waist trainer--10 out of 10!! You won't regret it!! Good luck on your waist training journey!! Hang in there, YOU GOT THIS (as long as you're in a YIANNA๐๐)!! Love and Light ๐โ๐ฝ @Magic__Sage

Itโs great!
Hey guys, I had a really hard time deciding what size I should get based on the reviews. Some said size up and some said size down. So Iโm gonna give you every little detail and piece of advice so you donโt have to waste your time wondering around for a week like I did.I ordered it Nov 29 (Sunday), the email said it would arrive Wednesday but it luckily arrived today, Tuesday Dec 1st. When I opened the package it was in a plastic bag zip up sorta bag like the ones you get from Shein. I happily opened it and was weirded out by the looks of it for a second. But I guess the material was chosen based of a lot of things... anyway!I am 200lbs, 5โ3โand my measurements are:Boobs: 41 1/2inWaist: 33 1/2inHips: 45inMy shirts are usually large, dresses xl or l. Panties are xl, and pants are 14 or 16 depending on the brand. The waist trainer I ordered is XL, even though according to my measurements I shouldโve sized up, I decided I would size down and force myself into if it didnโt fit and that way it would fit nicely once I lose the weight. Now, I gotta give it a 5 stars for strength and support but 3ish stars for comfort. I think the xl is small on me and I read how you should probably get it done by lying down in your bed as if you were zipping up your jeans, well... that crap didnโt work for me. I struggled hard just to get the first clasp done. Thankfully my fiancรฉ is strong and with my help, we were able to clasp everything. I think itโs breathable to a certain point, it definitely makes you feel like working every muscle. It does stab my boobs on the sides if I donโt stand straight. But damn, once u have it on, youโll feel like Marie Antoinette and you will force yourself to stand up straight and have good posture so the side things donโt stab your boobs. Iโm a 36DDD btw. Oh, and I posted pictures of how it looks with it over my pants and under my pants so u can see the awkwardness of my fat belly building out.Other than all of that, if you got time to waste then go ahead and order what you think is best for you, that way if u donโt like it then u can return it and size up or down. However, with skinnier girls I feel like it wonโt be a problem for them so much, thatโs why I made sure to write a review for big girls like me :)! Iโm thinking Iโll keep this tight size so it forces me to keep the good posture and do way less binge eating.Update: using it for 3 days now, I think when I took those photos I was wearing it wrong, had put it on too high, so I lowered it and now itโs so great... WORTH IT!
