The Gorilla shackles and tow strap exceeded my expectations. I was hesitant at first because I had not heard of this company and there were no Amazon reviews on the products when I ordered them. However, their lifetime warranty was appealing so I figured I would give it a shot. Before the products arrived, I had already received a welcome email from the company with PDF attachments on the best way to use both products. This small company seems to go above and beyond to making sure their customers are satisfied. Their communication has been excellent throughout this process. Once the products arrived, the quality spoke for itself. WOW! The tow strap is just plain sexy (if you can say that about a tow strap). It is very well made and is unlike any other tow strap I have seen. The shackles appear to be incredibly durable. I will update this review once I have spent more time putting these products to test on the trails. I also LOVE that they attach their logo and the American Flag to the tow strap. The company monitored the shipment tracking and sent an email just after the products arrived to confirm my satisfaction. Another example how this company truly goes above and beyond in their customer satisfaction. The experience you get with a small family business is much more personal than what you get with the larger companies. Buy with confidence! I can't wait until they start making winches and off road recovery kits. I would be a lifelong customer :) (*will update with more pictures later)

These are very nice. The paint is super thick or maybe it's powder coat, either way they are nice

Built well

Sturdy build, comfortable weight, great looks! These screw shackles are a great upgrade for factory tow points, in both style and function. The powder coating is smooth and attractive. The rubber isolators, pre-installed, ensure quite operation and protect any nearby surfaces from damage. The lack of sharp edges means that these shackles can be safely used with both synthetic and steel winch setups, tow straps, and snatch ropes/straps. Another great value by Rhino USA

If you hold and compare this to a cheap harbor freight shackle the quality difference is noticeable. These have been on my bumper for weeks now paint hasnt peeled a bit but the harbor freight shackles had paint peeling right out of the box. For $20 you can grab 2 9500lb shackles at harbor freight… for an extra $6 you could get these and have 4x the strength of the shackles that saved you $6. I cant see a logical reason to cheap out here

They look strong, however I was expecting a better finishing, and the Fact that are not made in the USA is kind of a disappointment.

These are important to get with the recovery straps. They come in a cool package, and look pretty high end. They are clearly well built and handled my 35 hp tractor towing. They were painted a glossy black which made them look cool. They have a pin style setup, which means they should be easy to put into the staps and on the vehicle for recovery. Great price, definitely essential with the straps from Rhino!
