Can you fill w8th concrete? (Needs more weight)

I guess you could but filling it with sand and then topping off with water would give the same effect but also be reversible!!

Will this roller flatten mole hills and mole tunnels under the lawn?

If you fill it with water or sand you should have no problem we used it for Tarmac and it done the job hope this helps

Hi, the roller itself is steel, rubber bunt at the fill point. Steel handles. I haven't used it yet though.
