Does this have to be a personal photograph or could i send an image of a movie star? I am looking for a pretty woman canvas and cannot find one. Than

You can send whatever you want and they will print it for you.

When i try to upload a jpeg of 3.2mb i get " the image you provided is not valid" what's up?

The file size is fine so it may be an error with the file name. Try to upload a different picture of a similar size to see if that works.

Does the photo you want to customise have to reach from top to bottom aswell across before you sent for the canvas

Not sure but the quality of the canvas was terrible!
