This fits the regular elf on the shelf that come in the boxed set with the book.

It is adorable. I used the outfit last season and am using it again this year. My daughter absolutely loves the style for her elf and if she could touch the elf, she'd take the outfit for her barbies.

Would the skirt fit a barbie doll? I've never seen these elf dolls, so I don't know how their size compares to Barbie.

No the elfs' bodies are soft, smaller and plush. Barbie might be a bit too big. The outfit fits perfect on our elf though.
