I had several Emotiva adapters to connect from my processor, that only has XLR outs, to my Emo BasX amps and got a terrible hiss with the Emo adapters. These adapters saved the day as they took away the hiss entirely. Seem well built too. I dropped a pack onto my concrete floor and was nervous it would effect the sound or not work at all. No problems whatsoever. Does what it's designed for.

I was worried that it would be poor quality because of the price. I'm using it in a mid level hifi system.Turns out, it's very solid build quality. The pieces are heavy and tough. Clicks into place well with good tolerances.

For the price, it was perfect. It did it’s job and definitely worth it

The guys who gave less than 5 stars really do not know what they are doing.I bought these (both the male XLR and female XLR versions) to connect Warm Audio EQP-WA equalizers to my stereo system.The XLR part is Neutrik with gold contacts, and the RCA part is CMC or CMC-like. At the same price as the regular, no-brand adapters? These are top quality, absolute best you can find.I'm no audiophile, I just like well made products, but these adapters are suited for high-end equipment users, and the price is ridiculous for the quality.

I want to give these 5 of 5 because they work for me well! I can run stereo sound from an rca source/output into my Powered PA speakers and sub or into a power amp.. I can not say how nice ot is to be able to plug this m or f end into an rca cable and run my signal 100 feet; i can even revert it back to rca if need be! The only real negative i noticed is their is a little ability to spin the area where the rca mounts to the xlr i am not certain if this will end up breaking something inside of it though not all of them do it.

These connectors are well made with quality materials. If your equipments uses XLR 3 pin , these are the only plugs that you need.Do your ears a favor by avoiding cheap made connectors, Just plug in your RCA cables into these and you will be amazed. They don't color or alter the sound and they are dead quite.I bought four pair of both Female and male connectors. They were nicely and professionally packed.They saved me couple of hundreds that I was supposed to spend on good quality xrl 3 PIN cable.I highly recommend that you give them a try.Regards,Joe.

I didn't find these adapters to have any noticeable slop like some have mentioned. They fit well, locked in place firmly. Did what we needed them to do. Price was right and shipping was fast.Recommended

I ordered 6, and none of them are Neutrik branded connectors. At the time of ordering (and of writing this review) the pictures of the item clearly show them to be Neutrik branded. Classic bait and switch.

Definitely NOT using Neutrik connectors. Cant say i was suprised but why show one product and deliver another?

One on them didn’t lock into the XLR.

I will be returning these. They do not lock in place.
