I have seven of these units and they all work perfectly.:4x White/Blue/Red - To promote plant growth.1x Blue - To give a moonlight effect.2x Cold White - To reduce the pink effect from the W/R/B set, and also add a white tint to the moonlight effect.**PRO’s**Bright 5730 LED’s.LED’s have been covered with a smooth silicone layer to keep them waterproofed.Standard 5.5x2.1mm DC input.Easily link multiple units via the waterproof connecting cables.Very good price.Mounting holes provided at each end of units.Small optional mounting brackets provided.**CON’s** (Note that due to the price (£13.99 at time of review) I’ve still given this product a five-star rating despite the cons)-The silicone layer is a bit tacky, so will need regular wipe down to keep them clean (Silicone could easily be removed and renewed if ever required)-No blanking cap provided on link cables, so final output jack in a series will be open to water ingress unless you blank this off yourself or remove the cable from unit.-Link cables can look a bit messy above aquarium unless there is hood on the tank to hide them.-No power supply. (DC power supply required is 12v with a 5.5x2.1mm connector and a minimum of 0.6 amps per light unit (30cm version) being used.-The White/Red/Blue units make the tank look quite pink if used without a cold white unit as well.**Other things I’m using with these are**-TC420 LED Light Controller (To perform dimming and timing operations for the lights)-Male & Female DC jack connectors (To connect lights to the LED Controller without having to cut the input cable of the first light unit)-5.5x2.1mm DC Male to Female 2m extension cable (To extend cable length between the controller and light units)-DC 5.5x 2.1mm Male to Female Waterproof Power Connector Cable (These are the same cable as used on the light units and have the waterproof screw-threaded connector. I’m just using the female connector from these as a blanking cap on the final link cable) *No product link as I had to get these from eBay*-12Volt 6Amp 5.5x2.1 DC Power supply. NOTE: 6Amps provide power for a MAXIMUM of ten of the 30cm light units.

Aquarium eau de mer

Uso varias tiras en mi acuario plantado y no esperaba que funcionaran tan bien.

Compré 2 de 30cm. para un acuario de 100 l. ilumina bastante bien con un tono bastante bonito pero me esperaba un poca más de potencia. Si no tienes plantas muy exigentes te irá bien.

Ottima barra led, ho un acquario da 40 litri e ho messo 2 di queste barre led, ne aggiungerò una terza per arrivare a 0.5w/l. Ottima luce e spettro di luce. Consigliatissima visto il prezzo.Potete alimentarla con un alimentatore a tensione costante a 12v ( tipo quelli di modem/ router).
