This small berry is packed with vital substances, the perfect all-rounder for your health, astringent and sour in taste, from wild collection, for a healthy life, laser cleaned and exclusively selected, Vegan, raw food. Description: Aronia berries have a dark outer skin, and the fruit flesh is red to dark red. They contain small brownish red edible seeds. The taste ranges from sweet/sourish to slightly bitter/ tart and is similar to that of bilberries/blueberries. Their consistency is firm, but not hard. Origin and Production: We source our organic aronia berries from the EU. Large parts of the areas in which the berries are gathered are certified for organic cultivation. These areas cover huge stretches of land, as the berries are gathered wild. After harvesting, the aronia berries are cleaned and sun-dried. Product purity: The Aronia berries are pressure treated and laser cleaned in Austria. During the pressure process, the combination of pressure and time ensures that the product is completely free of pests.
