The bike is a gift for my granddaughter, and she LOVES it!!! I am pretty handy with tools, but having said that, be aware that the box it arrived in clearly states that it should be assembled by a professional, and the instructions were not specifically for the bike I bought.. so you have to figure out what type of seat , wheels and most importantly brakes you have. And you will need a tire pressure gauge and bike pump, because the tires have to be inflated to a specific PSI. Also, if you read the AI generated information about ease of assembly, know that there are NO TOOLS included as it says.. the box does not state that tools are included.. so I’m not sure where that information came from. Aside from that, it’s a very sturdy bike, the seat height is adjustable so as your child grows taller, the bike can grow with them. Stability with the training wheels in place is really good. I would definitely recommend this bike.. but if you are not mechanically inclined, be prepared to have someone else put it together.

Color : Teal Style : 18 inch Bought it for my 6 years old daughter. The assembly was very minimal and it took 25 - 30 mins to assemble the entire bike with minimal tools. The IKEA toolbox is sufficient to assemble the entire thing. Compared to other bikes it's very comfortable for her to ride. The teal color looks absolutely beautiful. Now about the customer service, while assembling I noticed the back reflector was broken, never bothered to return just for a reflector bought couple of them from Amazon which doesn't fit (the diameter size was matching), the diameter was either too small or little big and not fitting. After returning both finally called Schwinn support mentioned in product support from Amazon order details. The call took a while to connect but once I was able to talk to then and mentioned the model number they sent the reflectors within next 3 days. So I believe they'll support and stand behind their product. Like the fact that it comes with a side stand and both the hand brakes. It is priced on little higher side but it is sturdily built, stable, assembly is very easy, very comfortable to ride and looks absolutely amazing. My daughter absolutely loves it to ride and we are happy with our purchase.

We got this one for our granddaughter's fifth birthday and it was a hit. It was super easy to assemble and the design and sturdiness of the bike was excellent. Schwinn has always been a good name for bikes so I felt this was a good choice for her first two wheeler. She had an easy time riding and loved it. In fact, it was such a hit that we bought a second one for her sister who will be turning 3 this month. She's tall for her age and loved riding her sister's bike. She chose a different color and is really happy with it. Only downside is the lack of a kick stand which we will need once the training wheels come off. It would be nice to have a matching stand rather than the chrome color that can be purchased separately. The basket is also a bit flimsy and could break after several falls once the training wheels come off and the bike hits the ground. These are all minor inconveniences as the overall quality of the bike seems really good. It's only our first month so we'll have to see how the two bikes hold up after this summer.

The bike is overall in good shape, but not perfect. For example, no matter how much I adjust brake cables, the brake pads will always rub slightly against the wheels. This makes pedaling difficult when traveling uphill or not on concrete. Overall, not a deal breaker for a cheap bike delivered to my door, but when my kid realizes that her bike isn't supposed to be that difficult to pedal, she will probably be angry :)

Everything arrived in perfect condition. There wasn't a scratch on it. It was easy to assemble -- however no simple instructions were included, only the owners manual which was more like instructions on how to build it from scratch, so it was confusing to parse through all the extra steps. This bike is way better quality than the one I bought at Walmart for half the price that broke after a few months despite gentle use. My daughter was scared to ride it because it was so clunky. I kept thinking she was too nervous to learn, until she got this one. This bike is sleek and smooth and she loves riding it right off the bat. I can tell it's much better quality and now she has the confidence to finally learn and ENJOY it. I'm glad they make the bigger sizes include training wheels, since my daughter is 6 and still needs them, is but as tall as an 8 year old.

We bought this for my daughter as her first big girl bike. She was using a balance bike before this. By the way, PARENTS, I HIGHLY suggest a balance bike vs training wheels first. My little girl learned how to ride this bike without training wheels within 15 minutes. I was shocked. She loves it, and it’s well built.

After reading a number of reviews on similar products, we picked this bike with training wheels for our 5 year old. The first one we received arrived with sticky brownish goo all over it. We returned that for a new one. The second one we received arrived without defects. It was okay to put together, but this bike refuses to STAY together. In the course of two months, and about 6 uses, the handlebars have fallen off, the front wheel has come close to falling off, and the training wheel has come off. We repeatedly checked that the bike was properly tightened when we assembled it - It's not a user error issue, it's that the parts keep loosening up, even when the bike is just sitting in one place for 2 weeks waiting to be ridden again. The hand brake is not particularly effective, even when properly aligned. We have also had to put air into the tires 3 times, over the course of only 6 uses. I expected a far better product from a name brand like Schwinn. If I could still return this bike, I would. We're going to be buying a bike of a different brand to replace this low-quality disappointment.

This Schwinn kids' bike is excellent! The SmartStart Ergonomic Design and the adjustable seat are its best features, making it easy for my grand daughter to ride and ensuring it will last as they grow. I appreciate the wide range of sizes (12-20 Inch) and colors. A perfect training bicycle for ages 2-13. Highly recommended!

Bought this one for my 5 years old daughter. She was looking forward to the bike for weeks. Unfortunately she tried riding on this bike once and gave up on it. It felt rough and gave pain to her butt. After just 1 test ride, its now sitting in my storage waiting to be disposed of. Better off testing before buying any bike people, unless u are really sure about you want to buy. Decathlon in Singapore is worth trying out if you want to buy simple bikes.

Me llegó la bicicleta con la cámara de la llanta trasera rota. Fue regalo navideño… la abrimos una semana después de que nos llegó. Fuimos a inflar la llanta y ¡oh sorpresa! Necesitábamos un taller para que la pudiéramos arreglar.

Excelente bici, a mi hija le encantó. Realmente es muy fácil de armar. Tiene manual en español y se requieren pocas herramientas. Llegó antes de lo esperado.

Llego al día siguiente de ordenarla, se entregó en caja cerrada sin daños, toda la bicicleta y accesorios se encontraban completamente protegidos para evitar fricción entre ellos, los materiales y acabados excelentes, fácil de armar, le encanto a mi nena, la recomiendo ampliamente.
