Make sure to buy at least a half size down, possibly a full size down! Something must be wonky with their sizing. The 11s I ordered were definitely 12s, and the 10s I got as a replacement feel like 11s.That aside, these are definitely the best quality steel toe shoes I've purchased on Amazon, and I've purchased a lot. These are also the only puncture proof shoes that I didn't need to put in an insert in order to make them comfortable. All the others I've gotten require spending an extra $10 for an insert. These have pretty good grip in a freezer environment, too.These are as good, if not better, quality than some other major brands like Reebok and Skechers.

not good for wet floors

First, pay attention to the admonition to order these shoes in at least one size smaller than you normally wear. Other than that these shoes take a little more time to break in than other steel-toed shoes & I highly recommend you wear high -quality boot socks with these to cushion your toes. These are lightweight, comfortable, warm in cold weather, they breathe well & the soles have pretty good grip, although I wear a pair of Timberland Pro steel-toed boots that have a much better Good Year sole that I wear in really wet or snowy conditions. I can stand in these shoes on a hard floor for about four hours before the soles of my feet start getting a bit sore, but a short break & I'm good to go again.

Shoes are super light, comfortable and fit perfectly based on the measurement information provided. I worked off the 43 size information as that is generally the size I use i.e. not UK or USA sizing chart. I have wide feet and the shoes are spot on.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my plumber/handyman hubby. He wears shoes out very quickly so needed something sturdy and rugged but still comfortable. He loved these at first sight and wore them immediately. Says they are very comfortable, not heavy at all. Over a month later, they are still in one piece, a record for him.

The fit is perfect when you follow the measurement guidelines. I normally wear a 10.5-11(m) and my measurements said to get a 9. The fit was snug around my foot with enough room to wear a thicker sock. I wore them around the house for a couple hours each day, they feel light and comfortable. I rarely run in my job but they are comparable to running in my cross trainers.

Looks decent... ordered size 9... but it is waaaay too big ... 9 is probably a 10 1/2... order accordingly

Bought a whole size smaller due to other reviews. Still a tad big. Very uncomfortable. Returning.
