Hero's Edge G-L05 Latex Rubber Foam Battle Axe Larp

I bought this rubber foam axe to use with a Dungeons & Dragons costume. I wasn't actually fighting with it, but I did pack it in a suitcase and carry it around a crowded event. It's much higher quality than I expected; I was worried about buying something flimsy that wouldn't hold up to light use, but this one was perfect for my needs. Not too heavy, not so hard that I'd get in trouble for carrying a real weapon - it has some give to it, and it isn't peeling or cracking. And it shipped pretty quickly. I'll definitely look at this brand again if I need more costume weapons and don't want to (or don't have time to) make them myself.

It's a great buy! I have purchased a few over the course of a couple years for larp and its always been a favorite of people who borrow it. The grip has held up well, especially for my eldest one that still looks great! When we larp, we swing, and enjoy the loud thuds. A+ from the violent 20 year olds who want to feel like a viking!

Loving this axe, just used it last month at a Larp I attend, and many asked me about it and I was happy to direct them towards the Hero's edge line of axes (This is one of the two I own) its about hand axe in length. So far its been quite a good addition to my collection

This isn’t some cheap toy that will break in a day. I have a house of boys from ages 8-12 and they play all sorts of games. This axe is always in the fun. I originally bought as part of a Viking Halloween costume but it’s been serving us since then as a fun toy. Not too heavy for a kid- but dense enough to not feel cheap.

I bought this before I realized it was LARP grade. This thing is so much fun! You and your buddies can beat the ever living hell out of each other and cause no damage. My kid plays "how to train your dragon" with the dogs and this axe. She whacks the hell out of them and they don't even bat an eye. Everyone is laughing and wagging their tails having fun. Buy this

These axes are amazing my friend used 2 of them at our last LARP event and they held up perfectly. they still look brand new through the hours of fighting and even throwing them to the ground a few times. the heads are super soft and durable and the shaft is soft and stiff. He received so many compliments on these!. if you want an axe buy this.

Bought 1 of these for my brother and then had to get one myself. Me and my boyfriend has used foam swords to spar. Lots of fun, a great alternative to boring exercise, and the axe really mixes things up.

Our son has really loved this and got it for Christmas. He does all his 10 year old warrior training with this! Perfect.
