The stretch measurements for a, b and c are if underwear is laying flat or all around the band?

Hi, A for waistband, B for pant height and C for leg opening, This underwear is very stretchy. E.g. X-Large size, the underwear laying flat length is 13”,when you wearing on them the pants are very stretchy and the band can reach up to 35”, 35”is circumference, not flat length. So as well as pant's height and leg opening.

The pictures look like the black underwear rises up above the bellybutton, and the white rests down below the bellybutton - Is this correct?

In my case the white also went up above the bellybutton. I bought the black as well and the sizes were significantly smaller - beware with that. The white was too large so I decided to size down 1 size in the black. And it was way too small - there were a few inches difference from one size to the other in black vs white.

What size should i get? pre pregnancy i am a size 6. 9 months pregnant i am 160 lbs

They are very stretchy. I was 160-170 lbs when I used them and a large fit fine. If you want them snug go for a medium

What size should I be? I normally weigh (before pregnancy 125lbs) and wear a size 4 in pants

I'd get a smaller size than recommended.. they were a bit big on me and I got my size.. be forewarned I got a rash from wearing these and have never had sensitive skin or any rash in general..... Would not recommend.
