Really like this taste good and has a kick to it.

I've used Pulse before, but had always gotten the caffeinated version. I decided to try the caffeine-free version for evening workouts, and also decided to try a flavor I hadn't tried before (Fruit Punch). I've always been happy with Pulse and liked this caffeine-free version. I was able to use the full recommended dose (two scoops) rather than the half dose I typically use (the full dose is too much caffeine for me). Obviously, I didn't get all the "kick" from it that I normally get from the caffeinated version, but was quite happy with it and will definitely use it for evening workouts. I suspect it could work nicely getting the same flavor of caffeinated and caffeine-free and combining a scoop of caffeine-free with the caffeinated scoop I normally have in the morning to get up to the full dose for morning workouts. In case anyone is interested in the different flavors, Fruit Punch has a great fruit punch flavor (fruit punch isn't normally my favorite flavor for anything but this was quite good—if you like fruit punch generally, I think you'll really like it). My favorite flavor of Pulse so far is Watermelon, but I tend to like watermelon flavor for anything. Other flavors I've tried and enjoyed are Grape (tastes great and not like medicine as some grape flavored stuff can), Blue Raspberry (probably the most "mild" flavor I've tried, which definitely tastes good and would be a good option if you prefer mild flavor, but these preworkouts taste so good that I personally prefer strong to mild flavor), and Green Apple (sort of sour, but you'd expect that from a Green Apple flavor and I like it).

I love the Legion pre-workouts. Especially that there’s a stimulant free option. Some flavors are better than others but overall it’s a great company and product.

I use many Legion products; protein powders and bars, pre and post workout, etc and I knew their pre-workout with caffeine worked great because I use it, however my mother was in search of an effective stim-free pre-workout because she can't have caffeine due to health issues. I suggested she try this since Legion products perform well and are reliable without a bunch of unknown ingredients. She is 58 years old and says this works great for her. She's had a total knee replacement on one knee and a partial on the other knee and several prior surgeries on them before the replacements so endurance can be difficult for her at the gym. This gives her the energy to keep up with me for the most part! She's able to do an hour of cardio and some weights when taking the preworkout, and only at one scoop. Without it she can usually work out half as long. She says it does still give her that tingly pre-workout feel but that's not from stimulants, it's from beta alinine. This is great for people who are caffeine sensitive but still need that boost. My mom typically doesn't even like fruit punch flavored things and she said this has a good flavor. Another solid product from Legion Athletics.

Very good pre workout with no crash. A little too sweet for me though

Bought this as my usual pre workout is not available in Canada. The taste is ok, I’m not a fan of stevia. I find a whole scoop is really sweet. I also notice no difference between using it before a run and drinking water. The only thing I feel is tingly cheeks. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.
