Very compact and fast

The first thing I noticed was that the packaging looked quite cheap, although it was bright coloured and initially appeared interesting. Once opened, there were no instructions or safety leaflets enclosed either.I overlooked this and plugged in the charger into my mains socket. I couldn't use the sync cable provided because it had an Apple connector rather than a Type C connector, despite the fact that I purchased what was described as a Samsung Galaxy S7/S8/S9 charger. Nevertheless, I proceeded to charge my device using my own sync cable. The charge was ok, but nothing to make me think it was super quick or QC 3.0 compatible as advertised.The worst was yet to come though. I attempted to remove the charger from the power socket and was dismayed when the main charger unit dismantled from the 3-pin plug, leaving the internal wiring and circuit board exposed. Clearly this was highly dangerous. I managed to prise out the 3-pin plug component which was still plugged-in to the power socket and clip it back on to the main charger body. However, given this was of such poor construction, I immediately re-packaged the charger and contacted Amazon to arrange a return and refund.

Didn't even get to use it as it fell apart when I plugged it into a live socket. Lucky I didn't get an electric shock!

This is a neat gadget what works well. Simple and effective.

Quality seemed cheap to me and had issues powering three devices at once so returned.

Unsafe device, housing falls apart very quickly leaving live wiring exposed, I got a nasty electric shock from this device.

This product is dangerous and should not be bought.

when this product arrived it was faulty ( 2 of the ports were inactive) I contacted the seller and explained the issue. They were very understanding and replaced the product within the same week.I have recieved the replacement today and all ports are working 😊 I've tested it and it's amazing I'm off on holiday next week and it's the only plug I'll need to take! Fantastic!
