The charging bolt is on the battery, but it never charges. Plugged and unplugged multiple times trying to see if that’d work. No. Phone says charging but battery life continues draining. Doesn’t work.

I ordered this product under the notion I could play music and charge my phone at the same time, but this product does not allow me to do so. Don’t waste your money.

They aren’t as good as the Apple adaptor. It doesn’t allow me to use both ports at the same time.

Broke 37 days after I got it

Stopped working after 2 weeks.

The original Bluetooth headphones that I purchased fell short of my expectations. They had a short battery life and were difficult to use, which caused me to rate them a 2/5 stars. However, Terry from Anear's customer service was very diligent in contacting me and doing everything she could to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. She offered to either refund my money or ship me a replacement set of headphones, and I'm glad I accepted a new pair! The new headphones I received look slightly different (all black), but they have an excellent battery life, are easy to use, and the best part-- DON'T FALL OUT OF MY EARS WHILE RUNNING! For someone who runs a lot during the week, this is a major blessing. I barely notice that they are in my ears, the sound quality is amazing, and I don't have to worry about the ear buds slipping out when I start to sweat. I'm very grateful that Anear took my review seriously and reached out. I would definitely purchase from them again. Thank you so much!

so have to correct my previous feedback: Anear team reached out to me and even though this item was bought back in December they were very pleasant and offered to replace the headphones, and guess this are great, sound is crystal clear, easy to work/connect to. I'm very pleased w/ the item but also very pleased with the great customer service. Thanks!
