5 well deserved stars!
This is my honest review of the Bossin chair. I am a duel business owner & bought 6 chairs total. Let me say assembly is absolutely a breeze, just follow step by step and the alan key is provided it takes maybe 15-30 minutes total. The quality of the chair is great. The 2 small nitpicks I would mention the seat could have more cushion support for the bottom(your bottom) if you have to sit for long time but the lumbar support really helps and the leg extension feels like it may snap or bend if you reclined and actually rest your legs on it. However that's me. The positives are great and outweigh my being picky. I rarely give 5 stars down the line but they deserve 5 stars as its easy to assemble, great quality chair, no cheap products, its sturdy and just well made. Now the more important part I had a few issues that truly could've happened in shipping , or maybe how it was packed from start , but was missing parts on my last purchase. Regardless Bosdin went out of there way to correct my situation to the best of their ability, of course setbacks are tough at times, however I cant stress they have your back and stand by their product. The last chair I bought they could not send me all the pieces as there was miscommunication or parts were out of stock & I missed a deadline and had to buy another chair for a podcast. Bossin was apologetic and did not hesitate to issue a full refund & understood this is business and did not want to Inconvenience me anymore than I had been. This is a 3rd party seller , keep that in mind when shopping on amazon they could've handled this however they saw fit, but they were highly professional & truly cared about me as a customer, my business and stood by their product which is rare today.I now promote their products on my podcast by choice I get no kickbacks, nothing for free they earned a loyal customer in me with their actions. I will be purchasing 6 more chairs as I simply am impressed with how they handled my situation, they care about their name and product. & The chair is honestly a great product! I bought the black and grey model they are very sleek and comfortable. Basically the bottom line is it's a great purchase and more importantly they will take care of you IF you have a issue. Bosdin really did a great job with sending parts they could with working together and refunded me the amount to get parts needed, at that point I requested a full refund they understood and were reasonable then it was issued they day thay said. What more could you ask for? A good product and a company that backs it. How many times have we gotten burnt or empty promises from a company and had to go through Amazon and a dragged out situation? With Bossin you DO NOT have that worry here .I will always do business with a company that has Integrity and has a good product at a good price and will go out of their way to help rather buy a cheaper chair with a company that may not be willing to help .They also are there for any customer service needs in a day or less via email. Dont hesitate to jump on this product. I looked at a lot chairs and I can only speak for myself every experience was a good experience and even a unfortunate situation was made to be a pleasant experience. At the end of the day you will make your choice but I will continue to do business with Bossin & encourage you to try them as there are a professional company with great products. Give them a chance I really do believe you will be happy and again I rarely give 5 stars down the line but they truly earned it based on the product itself , the company, their professionalism and simply just by caring about YOUR experience with them. Remember the company & relationship you ave with them will always be more important than the product.I hooe my review hel ok s someone.

Well built and Great
This chair is great, I have bought many chairs and this is one I go back to due to it's duribility. Seat is wider then most which feels spacious and comfortable. It's a basic chair that feels better than most and I highly recommend this chair if your looking for a well put together chair. The only negative is the material will wear after a couple of Years. This is my 2nd Bossin chair, the last one lasted me 5 years before I decided to get a new one, that was after using it every day for 6 plus hours a day.

IT CAN HANDLE BIG BOYS!
I received this chair today after ordering it about a week ago. The delivery was a tad late due to the shipper being delayed (fx) but it was clearly labeled, as well as it boldly stated on the box not to use a knife to open the package. It did say to inspect the product before signing, however it did not require signing to be delivered. On to the chair! It came without a scratch and I, being oblivious, didn’t see the instructions. I have put quite a few “gaming chairs” together so I just laid it all out and began by building the base. The base is 2 parts and easily snap in place, while requiring a little bit of strength to get the 5th leg to fully snap down. To me this was a sign of strength and made me less concerned that one of the legs would need to be added to the base of which has 4 molded into it. Knowing the cups that covers the lifter go on at the same time as the piston, I got the wheels on and then popped the piston in fat side down and placed the plastic cups over it. At this point I needed to add the chair mechanism and the back. I went to open the seat portion and what do you know… the directions I didn’t see. After glancing over the instructions I found that I had done everything correctly thus far so I popped out the washers and screws and continued to build the seat base and mechanism. Once those were assembled I popped the heavy plate socket side out and screwed it half tight onto the back and then slid into the bracing and half screwed in the denser screws provided. The arms went in with the remaining screws and they felt sturdy enough to really not worry or think about it. Once that was done I went over and tightened everything fully and checked that everything functioned. Total time to assemble was approximately 20 minutes and it was truly a breeze. I’m a large person and I do in fact feel like the seat is wide enough as well as tall enough to sit comfortably. The one con I see is the leg rest. It doesn’t feel supported enough to hold my legs up and I am worried it will bend. I am using it as I write this and I just don’t like it as much as i really wanted to. I think they should have doubled the bracings for the rods and maybe made them a little thicker. That being what it is I am very happy I made this purchase. I actually spent 5 days reading reviews and comparing pricing before I pulled the trigger. I own a standard size gaming chair in the same color scheme and it was beginning to bend and tilt. It became painful to sit in for any extended amount of time and I really was worried that I wouldn’t find a reasonably priced, comfortable chair. This is it my friends. Plus the name is pretty sweet :) The “massaging back cushion “ is a very light usb pillow. It vibrates and I wouldn’t call it a massager but it does actually feel quite nice. The chair does not tip when reclined and still feels sturdy. 4/5 stars simply because the leg rest doesn’t match the quality for a chair intended for larger users. For the price I absolutely think it’s worth it .

Great Customer Support & nice chair for the price.
I did tons of research on gaming chairs, viewing pics, reading reviews and going back & forth, and while some may mention not comfy if many hours in chair. I spend many hours a day in it. I knew up front that there may not be enough cushion potentially on the seat (or at least may not be as comfy all day). So I made simple Foam cushion and added Faux PU water resistant seat cusion cover and also added a piece of foam along the back (what was left after I cut the foam to fit seat from a 22x22x2" foam. I don't use the added back cushion but the top pillow cushion for my neck was appreciated. I got this chair because of Degenerative Disc issues that have also made my neck, spine and body go out of whack and it greatly helps (neck pillow not for comfort but for support when I sit back). Although I did put my own foam roll pillow seat attachment for the neck (one of those that has tiny foam pellets in it so that it conforms more as I needed more flexibility) but the included neck cushion is totally fine if used more for neck support and not fully as a head rest (if that makes sense). There was an issue of original order shipment never being delivered (at no fault to chair company but due to negligent delivery people delivering it to Who knows where. I alerted company to see what could be done and without hesitation they reshipped a new order out for me which was AMAZING. I have had this chair now for about a month and it was easy to put together. Instructions may not state details written (just images) so go slow and follow images and it was totally fine. I sit in this chair for MANY long hours ea. day/night and when I need a break or want to watch a movie, I scoot it back and recline it with footrest. The footrest is a bit small for me to feel comfy enough... but, it was a no brainer to just create another Foam pillow to toss under my feet for Total relaxation. The good thing about doing that rather than relying on footrest supplied alone, I can have a HUGE pillow (that I made) resting atop foot rest for Total comfort and since it isn't attached, regular footrest will slide back under chair when not reclined. I rarely use it in reclined position so no clue about longevity but I really like this chair... and with the price and Customer support and extra (SUPER EASY) foam pillows that I made for seat and lower back and occasional foot rest action it is pretty good! Cons would be one of my arms is starting to wiggle. I also read reviews that this happened to others, so I was expecting some potential "give". For a little over $100 for this chair, it works for me. I just try not to be too hard on the arms, but I could see them not holding if a Ton of weight is applied to them daily and you are pushing down on them constantly when getting up. If you do get this chair, I highly suggest finding some 2-4" sheet foam and cutting an 18x22" or so seat cushion out of it. I also picked up the PU seat covers on Amzn https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07ZKBD775/ and stacked in some Memory topper foam inside for the foot rest making the footrest added pillow cushion 5-1/2" thick and cut it larger than seat cushion. So I used one for Seat cushion and one for foot rest added pillow when reclining. Just note the seat cushion I linked is a bit loose and won't fit the cushion perfectly (but it is stretchy material and matches the seat perfectly. I just tuck any loose cover under from time to time or maybe you could sew something. Chances are NONE of the Gaming chairs would have had enough seat cushion for my liking since I am in it for so long. But I like "tricking" it out myself to get what I need out of it. Good Luck. p.s. Pic shows temporary pillow case on the back rest pillow I made from the left over foam. But got a black pillow case to place on it now. Also shown the 2 seat cushions I made. The Very large one on the foot rest was PURELY overkill but SOOO comfy. when reclining.

The Best Office Chair !
I was looking for an affordable , comfortable office chair. And the one I had was too tall for a short person like me - 5'6". The previous office chair's lowest seat height is about 18 " or 19 " , which does not allow my feet to rest on the floor comfortably. Somehow , I came accross these Gaming chairs. Aside from touting to be comfortable , they have extra features like recline function and built in leg rests. I looked through the different products and ended up choosing Bossin because it goes down to 17" seat height , which comfortably allows my feet to rest on the floor and not let me feel like I am always sliding off the seat and straining my back. Other notable features are : sturdy , quality materials - love the leather ; easy to assemble ; reclining feature ; leg rest ; selection of colors available ; quick delivery ; and a massaging back rest pillow. Give yourself and your loved ones the gift of comfort while working or gaming. Highly recommended !

3 Years in Review
As some one who is 5ft 9in 190lb I'd say the chair fits and sits decently out of the box. For the price the chair is an ok first chair, but I will recomend getting a new/better one after 2 years due to the pleather they use for the coverings being some what poor in longevity. When I first got this chair it was easy to assemble and I had it put together pretty fast. Since I've had this chair for 3 years and I will say it has stood the test of time as far as functionality of the chair part goes. As for the foot rest tho, it's kinda weak and will break easily since the connector for the sliding part of it is made of plastic. I fixed the foot rest with a conduit strap when it did break and it has stood tride and true in that respect. As for the pleather they use in the chair, it starts to peal and come off after 2 years or so. Also the lumbar pillow is way more comfortable as a headrest pillow than the actual pillow ment for the head rest. finally the screws, after 3 years of use the screws begin to wiggle out so the arm rest fall off and the foot rest will also fall apart if you don't retighten them. I will heavily recomend that if you get this chair to keep the included allen wrench that comes with it.

Overall it's a good chair. with a few minor flaws, but for the price point, I like it.
My old gaming chair gave up the ghost so I had to buy a new one quickly, and well this one came in purple which is one of my favorite colors, and didn't cater to being a "women's chair" in white and lavender or some nonsense like that. It comes with some nice features. A vibrating "massage" lumbar pillow that you can plug into any USB slot (It calls itself a massage, but it's a vibrating pillow. Still nice though.) It also has a foot rest that slides under the chair and for the most part doesn't get in the way when you're not reclining in the chair. The main issue with the chair is the way the base is designed. For what I assume is shipping purposes, one of the 5 legs has to be attached to the base. The problem with this is that it "snaps" into place with nothing securing it (I say snaps but it's a damn nightmare to get it in the slot the way it wants. That's also before you completely assemble the chair. Gaia forbid it falls out for some reason after the chair is assembled. It's even worse to get back into place). This could have been easily solved with 2 small securing screws. I rated it low on ease to assemble, as well it is a two person job. I mean unless you have 4 arms you're not securing the back of the chair onto it's plate with an allen wrench, without some help. I understand why it needs allen screws, allen screws are better at load bearing than phillips or flathead screws. However that doesn't make allen wrenches any less obnoxious as a tool. The other minor flaw is with the USB cord in the pillow. It has a headphone jack like attachment to plug the USB cord into the pillow, which in and of itself, is fine. However do NOT leave this cord plugged in when you're not using it. Not because it'll cause any problems with the chair itself... but because it's a danging cord... and well if you live in a cave and somehow have never dealt with dangling cords... they like to entangle themselves... in anything and everything, including the bottom of the chair. (Hence why that 5th leg can be an issue. When I untangled my cord from the chair, the 5th leg fell off and I wasn't completely able to secure it into place again.) Overall for the price point, it's a good chair and I can recommend it. Just be aware of it's minor flaws.

Bossin Chair: 1 year later (Final Thoughts Redacted) *Previously: One day in, so far so good*
Redacted review: So I bought this chair about a year ago, the day after Christmas. I received it, I was happy with it. 6 months later, it broke at the hinge where it meets the hydraulic pump. I had to wait 2 months for a replacement after much annoyance dealing with the company. Here I am, 14 months later, JUST AFTER the 1 year hassle-free replacement guarantee, and my chair has broken in the EXACT SAME WAY. I would not recommend this chair unless you plan on having to go through the same thing I did. **ORIGINAL REVIEW: FIRST IMPRESSIONS DAY 1** As the headlines says, it's good so far. I would actually go so far as to say it's great, and for the price, I'm quite happy with it so far! It's very easy to assemble only needing the included Allen key (I did nick my finger, but I was rushing through it being impatient to see it done and how comfortable it was), and I finished assembling it in about a half-hour. Now keep in mind for the rest of this review, I'm coming from a HORRIBLE chair I got from Goodwill for $25 (no back support, no way to lock it at a 90 degree angle (confoundingly locking at about a 115 degree angle?), no height adjustment... just a terrible chair), and I haven't had a decent chair of my own in almost a decade with most being secondhand in some form or another. I've sat in many comfortable chairs at friends' places and various businesses, and I stand by my given score of 4/5 for this chair. At least for the price. Coming from my last chair, it's the most heavenly feeling I could've hoped for at $150. The angle function is great (all my previous chairs, either it was already broken or didn't work as I'd hope), even being able to do the meme of laying down flat with the leg rest. The leg rest, since I brought that up, is the only part of this that I'm a bit wary of. I think it's alright, not nearly as bad in terms of stability as others have stated, but still not great. I was hoping it would be a little bit further out as I'm 6'3", so unless I'm fully stretched out, I have to keep one of my legs crossed to provide balance for the other. The other way I've made it work is by crossing my legs on it, which is decent. That said, if you're not ready for it, it will feel shaky. It's fine once you get used to it though. Keep in mind, that's the one reason I'm docking a point in support and overall score. Now, one thing that I think may be divisive is that the bottom, when you first sit on it, will feel very stiff. And while that may be seen as a problem for some, I find that it has just enough cushion to take the appropriate shape, but also enough support to keep my back from hurting. Speaking of the back, the lumbar support pillow alone is worth it for me. It's not great at returning to its original shape, but that doesn't really matter. Even when compressed, it's not uncomfortable. The back cushion, while also stiff when you first lean against it, becomes quite comfortable after a few seconds. Keep in mind, I'm not just tall, but over 250 lbs, so that's probably a good part of why this is the case for me. I have a hunch some of the reviews complaining about the comfort level aren't heavy enough to make the stiff yet resilient cushions make sense. So bottom line, if you're tall and a bit heavy (but not too heavy with the 300 lb weight limit) and on a budget, this is the chair for you! I'm figuring this was built for people who are more built, so if you're skinny and/or short and don't weigh much, you'll want to look elsewhere. My back has already thanked me a day later, seriously. If I had the money, I would have gone for something much more luxurious, but I only had about $150, which is about what this was after shipping and tax. With all that said, I am skeptical that this chair will last up to a year, (I'll probably replace it as my daily driver before then anyway once I save up for a better chair) so if it doesn't, you'll be seeing this edited with the details of how contacting customer service will go. But for now, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend it to those mentioned above. Peace ..V,

Super comfortable chair for long periods of time
Comfortable seat and arm rests, the footrest is def a nice addition although the cushions are slightly inconvenient for me. But they add a nice support for your back muscles. Not the easiest assemble and documentation is riddled with grammar mistakes. Seller support has been nothing but excellent. Fast shipping even amid supply chain disruptions.

Great but
It’s amazing but it does take some time to set up. Took me around an hour to set it up. Other than that it’s comfortable and my back doesn’t hurt anymore. Would recommend.

pleasantly surprised.
so i found myself pleasantly surprised. After leaving my old review, bossin took the initiative. they reached out to me personally with a strong and generous desire to solve the problems i have with my chair. although my experience with the chair was a bit rough, their support was top notch. i now feel a lot better buying other bossin products because i know they got my back. Bossin stood behind their product to ensure i was happy in the end. this has never happened to me before. no seller has ever tried to reach out to me and help me out so proactively. good show bossin support. you save me as a customer. old review: Its advertised as durable, but don't be fooled, its not. So heres its issues from the ground up, literally. -The base has a removable leg so it can fit into the box. once attached, the base will not sit balanced. it will sit on a slight angle, enough to stress your back -where the seat of the chair sits on the adjustable base, its not firm. it will rock from side to side and further add to the level balance issues of the seat. -where the backrest connects to the bottom if the seat, the metal plates holding it up will constantly make loud pop/snap sounds because the backrest can not be made tight enough to sit strait. -the arm rests can not be tightened enough to hold the backrest and thus both wobble. -the cushions are just terrible. arm rests were flat in a week. seat has gone flat in a month. -leather starts cracking and flacking off in a couple months. This is just a terrible quality of materials issue. layzboy one for same price point has lasted 7 years with only leather cracking. I mean no offence to anyone, but I'll never buy this brand again. I regret deviating from better quality brands.

Good product but you will have to watch youtube videos
This product once installed is very comfortable. My only complaint is that following the instruction manual is not clear.
