This product wasn’t working when I received it

Ballast or starter or whatever it is fails to turn on the light occasionally, don't know if it's the weather or humidity or what........but I've been using it around a year now and it's still working. I just turn the lights off then back on when it doesn't come on the first time, then it works okay. I wasn't easy to change out, but it sure saved me money. Because it was so difficult to remove the old bulb and wire, I'll be looking at a whole light assembly the next time. I would buy this same brand again. It's better than I expected; thought it would have quit completely by now.

I purchased 2 of these in September. One of the ballast went out about a month and a half after install. Then the other went out Christmas Eve while driving home. I had a spare OEM ballast from when I installed these ( only 1 oem was bad but replaced both). Now I’m stuck with the option of buying another set of ballasts or hardwiring LEDS. I definitely don’t want to be replacing these ballasts every 3 months.

2010 Toyota Venza. Removed front wheel, and pulled back the wheel shielding. You need to use the original 12v supply cable, it will plug in. A little tricky, but better for me than removing the entire bumper. The Xenon bulb connection is a little different than stock, but fits with a little fiddling. Once all fitted, all is good. Shame on Toyota for placing the ballast under the headlight housing. It was badly corroded , and most information to replace has you removing the front bumper. Even the dealer suggested bumper removal, and a $1000 price for a Toyota Ballast and bulb . I had a hard time to stop laughing at the quote. Imagine!

Bought it 3 years ago on my older car and worked flawlessly until I sold my car off!
