Noni is so good for you but this was a powder which I didn't read. I prefer the granules.

Important to mix well according to instructions otherwise not so awesome taste and texture-wise. Solid product that is a bit pricey but good value for the money. Its the real deal versus the blended product that's available pre-mixed from other sources. This stuff is completely portable with no fear of breakage. Put a scoop into a 16.9 ounce water bottle and chug it. .Good to go.

I am not sure. I have always had the fruit. Blended with lemon or orange as well as the macerated version, the black juice, but what are those granules. The seeds,? Do I have to swallow those? I appreciate your advice. Thank you.
