I bought this BUFF neck gaiter for a backpacking trip through the North Cascades, and it worked really well. It’s lightweight, very comfortable, and soft enough that I barely noticed I was wearing it. It did a nice job keeping my face and neck a little warmer during cool mornings and higher elevations without feeling bulky. It’s also fairly breathable, so I never felt like it trapped too much heat. For the price, I think it’s an excellent piece of gear. It’s simple, comfortable, and versatile enough to use for hiking, backpacking, or just being outdoors in cooler weather. I’d definitely recommend it and would buy another one if I ever needed a replacement.

I picked up one of these on recommendation from my coworker, and I haven't been disappointed. I'm typically using it under a helmet to make it a bit more comfortable, as well as cover/protect my long hair. It's really lightweight (although will provide a little warmth when worn around the neck, and has enough fabric to be doubled-up for certain styles or worn long for others. It's a nice solid black that's not dominated by the logo, which I really appreciate. When it's all bundled up you can't even see the logo unless you make an effort to display it. I would say I have an average-sized head and it fits very comfortably, not too tight or too loose. It also retains basically no odor even after a long day of hard work under a helmet. You can get some comparable options for cheaper, but for 20 USD I think this is absolutely worth the price!

I bought this neck gaitor after watching videos showing how to use it when sleeping on curly hair. It’s so simple. I doubted it would work, but it really did! It’s easy to put on (looks a lot like Marge Simpson’s hairdo), lightweight, and washable. It does cover your ears, which may be a problem for some people, but it didn’t bother me. I put it on when I went to bed and when I took it off the next morning, my curls were exactly the way they were before I put it on. It works especially well for curly hair that is layered and difficult to get into a pineapple and is not tight or hot like a satin sleep cap. I would definitely recommend trying this product if you’re trying to preserve your hard earned curls overnight. If it doesn’t work, just return it!

Pros - well-made for a piece of fabric, nice denim blue color, material does stretch and return, does keep your neck warmer than if you didn't have it tho Cons - item does not sit tight around neck, it just kinda lays around it, pretty thin material, unsewn edges and finally, the cost - I actually can't believe I paid this much for it Although this item is a slightly better quality than the Ebay or AliExpress neck warmers are, it is not 10 times better as the Buff price dictates My suggestion - buy 2 neck warmers from China, buy a shemagh, you'll have 3 very multipurpose pieces of gear AND some change - or buy 1 Buff Not a hater or paid Amazon reviewer

Had one and needed another. I use it to pull my hair up at night and when i shower but don’t wash my hair. I needed something longer and this was perfect.

This item gives you so much versatility in all kinds of weather. I used it as a neck scarf in 30 degree weather and it kept my neck very warm, no wind went through it. I have also used it as a beanie. My head stayed warm, temps in the 40sF. So many uses for every kind of weather! Buy it, you will NOT regret it! 2 thumbs up 👍 👍

Great for skiing in warmer weather! Kept it around my neck for most of the day, but easy to pull up over my face when I needed it. Very breathable and did not retain moisture when I had it over my mouth.

Great buff. Comfortable and versatile

This has been very useful for me as a scarf when I'm walking but don't want the bulk and also to pull up over my face while snowmobiling to keep my neck and face warm. It's not too bulky so it fits easily under the helmet. I bought it for a spring hiking trip as a scarf/headband to keep my hair off my face/to keep my head warm if it's chilly. I think it will be perfect for those things. It's not very heavy weight but it's perfect for me because I tend to run hot.

Me encanta. La tela es súper suave. Yo la utilizo para dormir porque tengo el pelo rizado. Se ajusta muy bien, no aprieta, pero tampoco se cae. También sirve muy bien como bandana. Excelente calidad de tela.

It is not breathable! Do not recommend this product, and not convinced this is an authentic Buff (although packaging appeared so).
