This was my first time trying reusable menstrual pads, and I can confidently say I will not be going back to disposable pads. I was honestly surprised by how comfortable and convenient they are. We don’t always think about the long-term impact of disposable products, but the average woman uses over 150,000 disposable pads in her lifetime. That’s an incredible amount of waste — and a lot of money spent on something that is used once and thrown away. Making the switch to reusable pads feels like a small but meaningful way to save money, reduce waste, and move away from unnecessary chemicals and the constant monthly “pink tax.” What I love: ✅ Soft and comfortable fabric ✅ Thick with excellent absorbency ✅ Great coverage, especially for home use ✅ Reusable, saving money over time ✅ Easy to clean and maintain These pads are thicker than disposable pads and do feel a little warmer, but I actually find them comfortable. The extra layers make them feel secure and absorbent, which is exactly what I was looking for. Cleaning them has been simple. After using them, I rinse them out and let them wait a day or two until laundry day. Then I just wash them with my regular laundry. I like to air dry them outside under the sun when possible. Because they have multiple absorbent layers, they do take longer to dry, so having enough pads to rotate is helpful. Things to know: They are thicker than disposable pads, so they may feel different at first. Drying takes longer because of the absorbent layers. I’m already planning to purchase the heavy flow version next month and continue moving away from disposable period products. This has been a positive change for my comfort, my wallet, and the environment. If you’ve been thinking about trying reusable pads, this is a great place to start!

We’re gonna get into some TMI, people, buckle up. I’ve always had a super heavy period. And MAN are overnight disposable pads expensive. And they’re also the only things that would work for me for any length of time - I’d soak through a regular pad within an hour if you caught me on the wrong day of my cycle. Tampons would only help stem the red tide, not hold ‘er back entirely. Over the years I’ve been trying to get more natural with my body, so moved to silicone cup instead of tampons (those cups have measurements, BTW - apparently I bleed about ten times the “average” amount, thx) and so I finally decided to try non-disposable pads as well. Less money and a little more laundry seemed like a good tradeoff for not having to go to town for sanitary napkins every other month. I was given a new pair of this brand in the light panty liner weight, and was very surprised at what they held in volume, but they weren’t large enough to cover the panty real estate I needed. I was sold on the brand, though, so I budgeted the overnight size ultra pads. Supersize me, baby. These are a DREAM. Absorb everything I throw at them, can be worn overnight without worrying, and they’re big enough that they stay where I need them, even if they slip around slightly overnight. To be extra cautious I paired them with a set of thin period panties (whoever can use those things by themselves, I and my period hate you) and an emergency backup silicone cup for the heaviest days, and I seriously feel set for life. I now, finally, change pads only when I feel gross, NOT because it’s going to overflow any second. No rustling, no smell, no sticking against my cheeks or (God forbid) chafing plastic against skin - total win. Hand washing the pads takes a while for the quantity I’ve inevitably inflicted on them, but rinsing them out in the sink until they run clear and then washing on cold and hanging dry seems to be working great. No buildup or smell, the texture of the materials hasn’t changed a bit, and I haven’t noticed any reduced absorption. Honestly I’m pretty thrilled with these, and despite the price I’m very happy with the investment.

I really like these and so does my wife. When you are a two women couple and typically sync menstrual cycles with your wife, you’ll definitely be needing a lot of cloth pads which can be pretty expensive. We have our expensive cloth pads and then we have these that are really affordable. Don’t think that just because they’re cheap in price that they’ll be cheaply made because they hold up and compare to a lot of our high priced pads! I’ve bought about 6-8 sets from WeGreeco in medium, large and extra large and we really enjoy using them. My wife was raving about how much she likes the large pads and how she didn’t leak and didn’t feel her flow as much when wearing it. She doesn’t change it as often as I would because they’re that absorbent! She wore her moderate pad at work yesterday for 8+ hours when I personally would have changed it after 4 or 5 hours but she said it was so comfortable and so absorbent that she forgot she was wearing it. I gave her a large pad with a moderate topper for overnight last night (because she has an extremely heavy flow this cycle for some reason and it’s super painful during bedtime) and she didn’t leak and she said she actually got rest. I use the moderate pads for everyday wear because I have a condition that I was diagnosed with at 18 that causes my vaginal walls to collapse and prolapse which also causes me to have incontinence other issues. I rely on these now because I know they work and are super comfortable! I honestly love that these are stain resistant as well! I thought I got all of the blood out from when my wife wore one the other day so I hand washed it and after it dried, I saw blood on the wing so I spritzed some peroxide on it, rinsed it out and the blood stain was gone! I’ve ordered almost every set except for maybe 2 or 3 and it’s just pattern preference. Definitely recommend these if you’re new to cloth pads and don’t have an arm and a leg to spend on cloth pads. I think I spent about 400-600 dollars on startup with making sure there were enough for my wife and I both and being sure we both had light, medium, heavy and super heavy flow pads as well as leak proof period underwear and wet bags/pail liners for the bathroom. These come with wet bags so you won’t have to worry about that part but you also don’t have to go above and beyond like I did. If you just want an easy start-up for cloth, I’d go with a few sets of these like maybe one set of moderate, one set large and one set xl just to be prepared for all flows. I definitely would recommend these to anyone new to cloth and not wanting to break the bank. Great pads without any leaks and super cute prints! Make sure you prep them correctly to enhance absorbency: wash on hot once then 1-2 times on warm then air dry (don’t dry in the dryer as it will shorten the lifespan of your pads and can break down and ruin the PUL layer). Make sure you prep them or you WILL have leaks. Also, be sure not to use fabric softener in your wash with these! I use a detergent with oxy in it but no detergent and mine come out smelling amazing and absorbent when dry.

I've been using a few different sustainable period products over the last few years and these are, by far, my favorite. I used period panties for a while but I didn't love feeling like I was just sitting in my own mess... and they were SO expensive that I couldn't afford as many pairs as I needed. I also use a menstrual cup - which I like - but I don't love using it when I have cramps. So I ordered these. The part that goes up against my skin is SO soft. I love the way they button around my underwear - though I do miss the adhesive part of disposable pads to keep them in place, these still work REALLY well. The only time that the missing adhesive part is a problem is when I take my pants down in the bathroom, the pad wants to stay against my skin - so I have to hold the front in place while I pull my pants down. They are SUPER absorbent!! I couldn't even tell how much the pad had soaked up until after I changed and was cleaning it - it barely looked soiled on the top of the soft charcoal layer, but so much blood came out in the cleaning process, it blew my mind! These are really helpful. I haven't leaked at all, and I usually leak through my pads every night when using the conventional, disposable ones. Cleaning them is super easy too -just like my period underwear, I handwash in the sink with unscented antibacterial soap, rinse and wring them out until the water runs clear. Then I hang them to air dry on the clothing line. I'll be buying more of these for sure. They are AWESOME.

These are great, I have bought two packs and that is everything I need for each month. I haven’t had any issues with leaks. I just rinse them a bit and then toss them into a wet bag when changing out a used one, I usually put them in with a load of towels in the machine. The only slight “issue” is sometimes they will slide back and need a bit of a readjust. Otherwise can’t complain, they are a good price and you buy them once and are done.

Absorbent? Yes, mostly. The problems that I have (size XL) are that they slide around, because they are so long... then when I need to use the bathroom, the pad flops out at the front and makes me nervous every time. I think that the XL need two sets of snaps, maybe? They are really long and bulky so I would never wear them out of the house. Nighttime only! I would definitely return them, but I washed right when I got them and after using (of course), so they are used. The smaller sizes, for lighter flow, may be great since they aren't so big, but I can't speak to that since I didn't try them.

I love that these are great for the environment and absorbent. I’ve been using these for years now and they still work the same.

I like these much more than disposables. Easy to use and wash. Pre-washed before use. Rinsed them clean in the tub after use and wringed them out before hang drying on a hanger with clothes line clips. Washing and drying on the delicate setting caused no issues for me. Two months in and I'm quite happy with them. I purchased light, medium, and heavy sets. I highly recommend.

Medium and Large are easy to wear, however, I find that the small liners don't stay in place and tend to ride to the back. Overall, awesome product. I am never going back to disposable again!!

I was very skeptical at first to buy this due to various reasons but after using these cloth pads I am certain I made the best decision. Since they are reusable and 100% biodegradable it’s brought so much peace to my mind. The best thing is they don’t smell and can really absorb a lot. I have slept peacefully without having to worry about any leakage and this is while having a usual heavy menstrual flow. Good investment!!
