I've tried SO many suppliments, so when I found these and found western studies that 4 of the included herbs help with gastric emptying, I gave them a try. It's the only thing that actually moves food out of my stomach, helping with my condition. I would give 100 stars if I could. So far after 1 month of use, they are still working like a charm.

I take this along side prescription GP meds and honestly see a bigger difference taking these in terms of preventive symptom management then the other prescription stuff I’ve tried, and stoped the prescriptions while continuing this. I saw results after taking the full dose for a few days (six pills is one dose, up to three times a day [6x1,6x2,6x3]) for bad symptoms, usually I take once in morning and once at night, occasionally a third as needed mid day. Now preventively, after major flair resolved, I take 4 in the morning and some as needed if I eat late or something that I shouldn’t have. This really helped me.

From time to time, I will have my kidney, spleen, or intestines get out of whack and I will take these. I get nauseous, bloated and endure pain. I will get to feeling like me again within 24hrs after taking these.

This is what a TCM doctor gave me for my major aphthous ulcers or RAS. I take about 6 twice a day whenever I feel them coming up. I combine it with Super Immune lysine 3-6 of them. And it works wonders. This has been the only thing to work for me. I hope this helps someone out there.

This herbal combination works for helping to alleviate IBS distress, mostly the gnawing feeling in my gut at times. It might be doing something I’m not aware of, but the easing of that is a gift. It states on the bottle that it helps with pain. It’s also gluten free, though I can’t imagine herbs containing gluten.
