Just right!
I bought this XL Knee Support back at the start of March '26. It was to help with an ongoing problem with my knee (damaged / torn ligaments 40yrs ago), and until recently my knee felt stiff, it felt swollen (internally), and very painful. A combination of daily physio and use of this knee support has completely changed everything (and no more tablets or bags of frozen veg!). Note - I do not wear the support whilst completing the physio stretches, as it would defeat the purpose of the physio exercises.I bought the XL, based on the 'how to measure the size you require' I was 1 cm within the max of the XL range, so chose this one. At first, the support felt quite tight, and moved down each time I used it (about a finger width), but what I found was that after a few more weeks, it seemed to stretch out (length-wise) a wee bit as it got used to my knee but now on occasion it needs a slight 'tug' to rearrange it, as if it needs a warm-up stretch for a few minutes, and once done, it remains in the same place.I wear the support when out hill walking and mountain bike riding (when I know I will be exerting myself) but not for an easy wander round a city, and never 'all day' for regular getting about. I use the knee support as 'support' when required, not as a daily crutch. I don't want to weaken my knee by relying on it for easy movement (if that makes sense?).Very quickly I noticed a difference when using this support. The internal 'swollen' feeling subsided, which at first I could feel it try and push at the compression tube but then it disappeared. No doubt the physio exercises greatly helped with that as well. The stiffness in the knee is still there but much eased, and lets be honest, it will never be like it was before I damaged the knee, but it is now comfortably bearable than before when it was painful. The knee support is a bit pricer than others (and feels well made), but it is worth it for how it has helped my knee. Looking after the knee support is simple, a quick swirl through some lukewarm slightly soapy water. then rinse, and hang to drip dry.I have been pleased with it and will continue using for as long as the rest of my body can drag itself up the hills!

Size matters
No giggling at the back, but size really does matter. I measured up and chose XL, but this was uncomfortable. I realised this was because my knee is swollen with osteoarthritis, making it a bit out of proportion to my leg. I sized up to XXL and it fits perfectly. I tested it on a 15km run in warm conditions and it stayed in place while providing comfortable support. I'm now happy to use it for my next event. The knee support itself feels great quality. Compared to other products out there it seems great value. If in doubt, size up.

A nicely designed and manufactured item but has sizing issues.
This is nicely made item with support in the correct areas of the knee. The fabric is comfy to wear and appears durable, and reasonably breathable so skin stays dry after prolonged active use. There is an issue with sizing. My measurements fell between L and XL thus as advised selected the XL size. However the black non-slip elasticated band at top of the item was so tight that it caused minor swelling and discomfort. Returned the item and took a punt on the XXL size. This is a much better fit at the top, although still quite tight, it is comfortably wearable over long periods. In summary I went 2 sizes up from my measurement to get a comfortable fit. As a practical point there is no label indicating the washing tempersture and drying procedure.

Does what it says and durable
Product does the job.I bought this after I experienced an injury in the gym, at first I was skeptical at some of the reviews regarding sizes and the glue, when I first put it on I was a bit worried it was too tight and the glue was slightly irritating but after an hour I forgot about it, it is a perfect fit and the glue caused no reaction.I wore today at work for a 9 hour shift helped me so much.I have to say I have an ankle and an elbow bear hug which has helped me through sports injury, my first knee one and this company hits the spot, durable, comfortable, supportive and the compression is spot on. Don’t buy cheap this guys know what their doing.

Fantastic knee support
Had an acl and knee injury and since struggled to do my boxing, this sleeve made all the difference! If you have any knee injuries and need support this is a no brainer

Great looking, but too small and not great for running.
I’ve had the knee support for some months, and overall I was impressed with the quality of the product and the look, but despite my measurements being within the recommendation for the medium size, I have found it too small.Because of this, it is uncomfortable to wear and continuously slips down when using it for running - which was my main purpose. There is also a line of rubber that runs along the top of the support, which I assume is there to stop it slipping, but I personally found it caused irritations. All these issues may not have occurred if I had purchased the large, support, but I went with the recommendation for my leg size and have been disappointed.

Helped with knee pain.
Great quality. I use them at the gym for leg days as I was struggling with knee pain & feeling weak in the knees.Have been using them about a month now & they have helped tremendously with that.- They provide strong support whilst doing the movements.- The grip system works well to keep them in place.- They are comfortable to wear whilst recovering after the gym too.Only gripe is that they are on the pricier side but I was swayed by the renewable materials, and they're clearly good quality.

Great knee support sleeve
After some serious IT band pain following a run, I was off for months, following some regular physio I seen this knee sleeve advertised.Fits great, doesn't rub or cause any irritation.Whether its a placebo, I don't really care, it was definitely worth it to give me the confidence getting vack out there again. Not had any pain since
