Fished Survived the 2000+ trip and is doing great!
I was skeptical about delivering a fish from Florida to the PNW. They shipped on a Monday and it arrived on Wednesday, securely wrapped and heated. The Fish looked great. Has acclimated to my tank and water well. Purchased and Electric Blue Acara. Would buy from them again if they have a fish I want.

Hardy beautiful fish
I ordered 3 acaras, they arrived quickly and apparently in good shape, but the next day ich appeared on them. I began treatment immediately with Coppersafe, salt and slowly turning up the tank heat to 86 degrees. 2 weeks later the ich was irradiated, a quarantine tank is always advised. I still gave the fish 4 stars because they are gorgeous and obviously very hardy because they powered through the ich like it was nothing.

Fish are small if you order just one.
Ordered twice from this company. The fist fish arrived dead and very small. The second fish arrived healthy. I ordered two. They were about two inches. The replacement fish from the first order came today alive, healthy but very small….
