Effective Dry-Eye product for bedtime
Greatly reduces dry eye! A little weird at first because the ointment makes your vision blurry but this is for bedtime. I wake up with non-irritated eyes now! I use Bausch & Lomb's daytime dry eye product and that is great too. Recommend both!

Happy but too tiny
It help my dry eye and also I feel it helps my eye wrinkles at night 🌙 time. But after I applied, it is hard to open my eye which is good

Works well but expensive per application.
I have very dry eyes, one eye much drier than the other. I use preservative-free drops 4 times per day, including just before going to bed. But by mid-way through the night, my dryer eye begins to hurt very substantially. I use this product only in my dryer eye. It works exceptionally well for me, giving 100% relief throughout the entire 8+ hours until I apply regular drops the next morning. I expected a lot of blurriness but am very pleasantly surprised that the blurriness is very minor. What little blurriness remains upon waking is totally eliminated upon applying regular drops in the morning. But the product is rather expensive to use since there are not many applications in each very tiny tube. It is good that the tubes are small capacity since it reduces the likelihood of any contamination after first opening it. But it should be sold as a package of several of the tiny tubes. That way the cost per application could be more reasonable

Expiration date too short
The product has been good. However, the last shipment I received has a rather short expiration date. It probably will expire before I finish using it. The expiration date should be at least one year from the date of receipt.

Lanolin-Free: 80-Percent Petrolatum and 20-Percent Mineral Oil
As a professional photographer, I experience allergy-induced severe dry eyes during the start of allergy season. This review is for the ointment form of the product. Be sure to select ointment, not drops, at the Amazon product display during purchasing. I have been experiencing dry eye discomfort for the past 2.5 days, while using warm compresses, artificial tears, and taking allergy medication (180 mg fexofenadine HCl after breakfast and 25 mg diphenhydramine HCl after dinner). I previously used Alcon's Genteal ointment for severe dry eyes. While effective, I occasionally experienced minor discomfort, waking up with red eyes and ocular discharge, which dried overnight resulting in crust. Although circumstantial, I believe this has to do with lanolin in the anhydrous form. This is publicly listed in the ingredients section of the Genteal product: 3% mineral oil, 94% white petrolatum, and 3% anhydrous lanolin (inactive ingredient). Compare the active ingredients to Soothe: 20% mineral oil and 80% white petrolatum. Last night, I applied the first dose of Soothe ointment before bed and it was an instant relief! I did not experience any minor sting or wake up feeling normal. As I write this review in the following morning after first application, I reapplied the ointment after washing my face and using a warm compress. My vision has cleared up from the temporary blurriness, which is normal when applying an ointment to the corneal surface! I can use this product during the day and continue culling my images in Capture One Pro and finalizing them in Adobe Photoshop CC! My workday can return to normal without severe dry eye symptoms! Highly recommended.

Very good non-irritating for dry eyes
I have quite dry eyes and I’m also very sensitive to ingredients found in my eye gels. These are among the two which do not irritate my poor dry eyes. I will be buying more because these are pure and they work well. So glad to have found these.

Lubricant Eye Gel for Severe Dry Eyes
This lubricant is perfect for severe dry eyes. It goes on thick, so it's not like a liquid eye drop. This is to be used only at night because it does leave your vision blurry as it is a thick formula.

Seems to work!
Good, seemingly normal product.. nothing dramatically special, that might earn a 4 or 5 star review. 3 stars means it does what it’s supposed to, in my world. Pretty easy to apply. My doc suggested an amount like a small grain of rice. I use even less, and it seems to eliminate the eye stinging I typically experience as I wake up and open my eyes. From reading reviews of other products, I think all of these gels can cause blurry vision after application. It can be a bit bothersome, but it does diminish, and it is applied before sleeping, so the interference is minimal (Unless you're going to do some reading or viewing.) All in all, I expect to buy another tube when this one runs out.
