Great waterproofing, my shoes were wet but toes were warm at 2 F chill on St Helen. Also i walked in rain to my car with these and flip flops, my feet stayed dry.

For $20 I don't have to worry about my feet getting wet which is fantastic for hiking or work. They seem thick and well made and have elastic in the right places to keep from slipping. The material isn't soft but it is smooth on the inside so it slides on easy. They look like normal socks and keep water out, but they aren't super breathable so keep that in mind.

I wore these during 2 day backpacking trip with non water proof boots and very wet conditions. Socks were very comfortable and feet were dry and warm the entire time!

Purchased these socks for outside tasks around the house. Very comfortable. Used them this past weekend while pressure washing my deck. Feet stayed dry from the outside water, however, my feet were damp due to my feet sweating. (This was expected though since there was no place for the sweat to go!) Overall a good product.

I am in the military and when we have field training these socks have saved me. Especially in the spring, our training tends to have us training in the rain and muddy areas. Feet get cold and wet quickly and many of us change out our socks and use foot powder regularly. I bought these socks which I have to wear uniform socks with and my feet have never been happier. The most warm and dry my feet have ever been! Keep in mind that because these are waterproof, they do trap water inside the sock. That means, water will not get into the sock but if your feet sweat, the sweat will be trapped and collect in the sock. I found wearing another sock in side these to be extremely helpful to limit this for the other sock will help absorb the sweat. Also, when washing the sock, it is better to wash them inside out and then hang dry but it will take a hot minute for them to dry once wet. Worth the money and I want multiple pairs! Also great for hiking and just winter and rainy days.

These water proof socks works great. Would recommend anyone needing water proof socks these work.

Wear these snowboarding and are very warm and insulated. Material is great I slide over another pair of socks and after a full day out on the slopes my internal sock is only damp from sweat not the soaking wet snow boot.

I just took these socks on a canoe trip and wore them under sandals. I didn't do anything too strenuous in them so I can't speak to how breathable they are under more difficult conditions, but at the campsite and on a gentle hike I didn't get sweaty in them. My main complaint is about this type of waterproof sock in general, not so much about this specific product. The waterproof membrane is sandwiched between two layers of normal sock fabric, meaning that the outside absorbs water just like a regular sock. Even though the membrane prevents the water from touching your skin. the sock still feels cold and wet, so your foot feels cold and wet even if it's not. That would be an important distinction over several days of use I'm sure--keeping your feet dry is important of course. But in the short term, these socks will not prevent your feet from FEELING wet and cold. If you wear these socks with wet sandals for instance, your feet will feel wet and cold until the sandals dry. The socks also started to pill and show wear on the instep where the sandal strap crossed after just a couple hours. They were brand new, and I can't say how much worse the pilling will get, but I was disappointed to see the signs of wear so soon. Another thing to be aware of is that these will not fit as snugly as a normal pair of socks. Because of the membrane, they're not as elastic. I assume this applies to all waterproof socks, not just this brand, but I can't say for sure. They fit like a cross between a sock and a diving boot.

Only tried them once in a leaky right boot in my waders. Foot came out dry.

These helped me complete my first action challenge 50km in the lake district rain and water hazards. Highly recommend. Used these over some hiking socks and worked a treat combined with zinc tape no blisters.
