Good toy
Great toy, but you will have to order multiple if your bird is destructive type

Keeps mine busy
My Greys love these. They peel the bagels.Parrots love to destroy toys, which is really the point. It keeps them busy and entertained.A busy beak is a happy beak.Just buy bags of bagels and add to the toy.

Macaw loves it
My macaw loves this thing! Only issue is he destroys it within a day or two. However, for the price I do not mind buying a new one every few weeks for him. Probably better suited for an Amazon or African Grey.

Great toy! Purchasing more!
I just received them, I bought one for each of my B&G macaws. I was worried that it wouldn’t be durable enough for my larger B&G but I am very pleased with the quality and overall thickness of the plastic parts as well as the colored paper roll donuts! There was no funny smells, the colors were bright, and the pieces overall quality look great! I might change the hanging hook to a larger and heavier one for the safety of my larger more destructive B&G. Overall a lot of value for the money on this toy! I’m buying at least another set!!!

Bird loved it, NOT SAFE FOR SMALL BIRDS
My Meyers had never had a toy with the “donuts” and thought she’d love them so ordered her the toy. A YEAR later was still hanging in her cage untouched so I moved it into her smaller cage that’s in my office, where she hangs out with me while I work from home. To my suprise, she went after the toy right away and loved it! She was just shredding those donuts. On the 3rd day of this being in her office cage, she got her head stuck in one of the plastic oval-shaped rings, the ones that are baby toys. It was VERY scary and thank goodness I was home and managed to help her get her head out because she might have hung herself had I not been there. I TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS, NOT TOY SELLERS FAULT. We’re all supposed to know our birds and what is safe for them, and this toy is marketed for large birds, I should’ve known better, now I do. Sharing this for other folks to make sure not to buy toys with those plastic rings for smaller birds. Mine is a Meyers parrot, 25 years old, about the size if a Robin. Will buy toys with those donuts again, but not those plastic rings.

Could have lasted more than a day !?!
The cardboard ‘bagels’ lasted 1 day. Waste of $$. No challenge for my yellow Naped Amazon.

No more plucking!
We were out of town for a week and left our African Gray in the care of our usual sitter, not realizing she was not coming at the times we’d thought. Long story short, our dear AG got stressed out by the change in routine and plucked a ring around her neck. We immediately took action to prevent this from being a chronic thing. One of the best tools was this toy. She enjoyed the paper “bagels” more than the plucking and the toy is easy to refill, we replace the rings when about half are gone. It’s much more challenging for her, keeps the novelty going, and feels less wasteful than tossing a destroyed toy (and I don’t keep up with her just by making my own). We’ve been refilling it for a few months now and so far the plastic parts are still in pretty good shape.
