These recipes are really pretty terrible. I've tried two, as written, and the results are bad. It's written poorly also. Punctuation is terrible, ingredients are listed and never called for, etc.There is another Instantpot Indian cookbook that is much better than this one...but it's not excellent by any means either.

I like Indian Cuisine and I was looking for the Indian recipes for my Instant Pot. This book was recommended me by my sister. In this book , the author gives us the information about why the Instant Pot, what should we expect of Indian Cuisine. This cookbook includes a great collection of Indian traditional, quick and easy recipes for everyday eating. There are Instant Pot curry recipes, rice recipes, lentil and legune recipes, chicken recipes, vegetarian recipes and other recipes. All these recipes are saved with simple ingredients and easy cooking directions. I have tried some recipes of this cookbook and all my dishes were really great. Now I can surprise all my friends and relatives with new Indian dishes in my Instant book. I liked this book and I am glad to have it on my Kindle to use when I need it. I highly recommend this book for those seeking new recipes for their Instant Pot without spending hours on browsing the web.

I like to visit restaurants and cafes of Indian cuisine. I ordered this book so that I was able to learn and cook traditional Indian food at home. There are many amazing recipes. Chicken tikka masala was incredibly delicious when I cooked it for the first time. I think that if you love this food, you should have a book available that will surprise you and your guests with incredibly tasty dishes.

I remember my mother used to cook Indian recipes that are with special aroma and taste, there is good collection of Indian curry Recipes Indian Chicken Curry , Instant Pot Lamb Curry Potato Curry and Lentil Curry.

Last Christmas saw a new addition to our kitchen, an instant pot pressure cooker. Its as much an expanded users manual as it is a cookbook, but helpful for the newbie pothead. Already useful, I have completed 6 recipes and we look forward to many more from this little book.

Not much of use.

Awesome not because it is free, but because it is actually has good recipes.
