Nutty
Love this cheese. So many swiss cheeses are so bland and practically tasteless, but not this one. The flavor is the best I have found. Tasty low-fat swiss cheese
Most low-fat cheeses have no flavor and the texture of plastic or clay. Not the Finlandia. I won't say this tastes as good as a full fat swiss cheese, but in a sandwich, or with crackers, it's very good. I've re-ordered it many times.

YUM! Light and authentic!
It is hard to come by light Swiss cheese that isn't fake tasting. This was delicious and I loved that I couldn't tell it was light. Perfect for ham and cheese melts or whatever suits your fancy!

Slight aftertaste.
I’m a cheese fanatic and I enjoy most cheese’s but this had a slight aftertaste I tried to get past it but it ended up in the back of my refrigerator till it got tossed (and I hate to throw away food!). Maybe it’s just me or that package but I didn’t like it.

Fantastic I'm hooked
Love this Swiss cheese over every brand on the market its a lighter version of their classic regular Swiss which is also great but with this new recipe & formula and taste they simply crushed it.Hope they carry it forever. On my 6th package! But why does Amazon keep raising the price 5% to 10%? its not going up at other competing stores 4.99 @ Sprouts and they have them in stock! Why is Amazon out of these week after week? :(

Delicious yes
This does not taste at all like a lower calorie low-fat Swiss cheese. It is the most delicious nutty flavor Swiss cheese I have had in many years!

I love this cheese!
I'll admit, I'm a cheese snob. Ordered this only because it was available for delivery via Amazon Fresh and I was stuck at home during COVID. I was surprised to find I like this cheese more than many other pricier options. I've compared it to Jarlsberg and several other Swiss cheeses, and this one wins for me.

Finally, a reduced calories swiss cheese that tastes good!
A lot of reduced calorie swiss cheeses just taste like blad gener-o cheese. This brand, however, actually tastes like swiss cheese!
