How wind resistant is this?

It is very wind resistant, you will not be disappointed

Whats the difference between quick duck livingston and the full swing cryder?

They are pretty simliar, they are on the same level as far as warmth. The biggest difference between the two is the Cryder have the full swing technology, freedom gusset under the arms for ease of movement, and it is about a half inch longer than the livingston.

Does this jacket run large?

It ABSOLUTELY runs large!!!! First time around I ignored a lot of the reviews saying if you are normally a large get a medium! Yep , had to return my large for a medium- they recommend for 5’-9” 195-199 lbs to get a medium and it’s true! If you are normally a large get a medium, as the full swing suggests- it is extra roomy, awesome jacket, keeps me warm!!! Get it!!!

Im 5'7 140lbs what would be recommended?

Well I am 5’11 190 lbs and large fits perfect for me. I’d prob recommend a medium for you
