A few weeks in and this is a great non stick pan.
When it arrived it was not as expected. All non stick pans I have had before have been smooth and didn’t last. This pan is rough and looks and feels more robust. I was doubtful so the dry fried egg test was done. To my welcome surprise, an easily moving egg was cooked. Since then have cooked everything from steak to carbonara in it and it is truly non stick and cleans well.

Great pan
Great pan. Totally non stick. Would like a slightly larger one but the next size up is too big for my cooker. Would defi Italy buy again

sturdy but heavy
This frying pan does seem very sturdy and well made, but noticeably heavier than my previous similar pans. I also find it doesn't transfer heat as effectively as my previous pans. When frying eggs I used to have my hob one notch down, but with this one I have it going full on.No problems with the non stick.

Excellent quality
Bought this after seeing recommendations from BBC Food, Good Housekeeping etc.It came in retail packaging, i.e. a plastic bag and a hanging card with washing and care instructions. Those instructions include a warning not to use metal scourers.Very good build quality, weighs about 630g which is solid for a small 20cm pan. Handle is wide and easy to grip. The non stick finish seems extremely tough and is rough textured, which is odd at first if you're used to smooth teflon type pans. But it works extremely well. As well as being very easy to clean, you can slide simply foods like fried eggs out of the pan when cooked, they really don't stick at all.Very good for the money.

IMPRESSED SO FAR
Wasn’t sure about buying these pans they seemed to cheap to be true, however very pleased with them so far but only time will tell, the usual life of even the most expensive is usually 18 months to two years. The pans appear to be excellent quality and are really non stick. I never put them on high heat just half way, they take a little longer to get really hot for steak but so far they have worked perfectly.

Super for healthy frying
No oil needed . Non stick. Heavy little pan. Excellent if you want to fry one or two pieces of meat.

Great at first but sticks after a year
At first I thought this is the best pan I’ve ever used! I told everyone I know about it. But it has now been exactly a year and the non stick has worn off. Also, the handle keep coming loose and I have to tighten the screw every time.Granted, I do use the pan every day, but I’m super careful to not use abrasive utensils or scrubbing.I know all non stick pans lose their coating eventually but I expected it to last a bit longer than a year.

You really don’t need any oil. Everything slides out and it barely needs cleaning

Très bon produit.
Cette poêle est très épaisse et du coup, un peu longue à chauffer, mais je pense que cela évitera les déformations. N'accroche pas du tout.Très satisfaite de mon achat.
