Great product
I normally avoid using the cable machines for working the glutes as I find the ankle straps uncomfortable to wear. This product is great as it fits snugly round your trainer, and feels really secure and comfortable. Really good for doing glute kickbacks and adduction and abduction leg exercises. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable
I have used this a couple of times and found it very comfortable, I used to have the ankle kickback straps this is more comfy and easier to use.

Sehr gut um den Po zu trainieren! Mach ich lieber als mit den anderen Straps, da hier nicht die Gefahr besteht, dass sie bei zu viel Gewicht abgehen. Würde ich immer wieder kaufen, da die Qualität super ist und es Mega einfach zu verwenden ist.

Flaw in design
Omg so disappointed the hooks at my gyms do not fit into the hole of the attachement of this item. This is such a flaw and k will ask for my money back .

Good. Low profile. Cute. Functional. Cheap.
I rarely review but after seeing so many mixed reviews I decided to leave my own. Wanted these as I don’t like wearing extra stuff at the gym (ankle straps) these are perfect for that. I can walk around. keep them on between sets. And they’re cute and low profile. A lot of reviews were saying it only came with 1, if you order the “pair” it comes with 2. Also that they didn’t know how to put them on (no instructions)… it’s not that hard. Step in, label goes on the heel, tighten up. It’s not rocket surgery. Low profile. Cute. Functional. Cheap.

Good - Strong - Quality
I'd suggest that the fastening on the next version be done using velcro. It'd make it much easier to put on & take off - which I'm getting used to! :-) That get to give a 5star rating

pretty good
This strap is very easy to handle and to use. I take it to my gym and adapt it to one of the hooks from a weight lofting equipment to do kickback for my butt.
