Damaged present
Item was a present, when unwrapped it had a large crack running through it. I'm not prepared to pay to return it .

Love the cup but quality isn’t the best and has a chip at the bottom
I really like the cup and it’s a perfect gift.. only thing is it feels cheap like it would break really easily and some of the paint looks cheap. Also a chip at the bottom of the mug

What can I say about this product? No seriously what can I say? It's a mug shaped like a toilet. You're almost definitely buying it as a gift for someone who may or may not find it hilarious. In my case it was my Dad who lets coffee build up on the inside of his mug, hence the brilliance of this one shaped like a toilet. It hasn't fallen to bits just yet so that's a bonus.

Very disappointed
Product came completely smashed. Packaging clearly not up to standard or the mug is terrible quality, either way this was supposed to be a gift but I had to return so I was very disappointed.
