Good for overall Women's wellness
Good for overall women wellness. I have it on empty stomach. This is how I make it, at night I add 1tsp of cumin, fennel, ajwain, methi, cinnamon stick, two cloves and spearmint in a glass along with warm water and let it rest overnight and i consume this water on an empty stomach the next mrng. It definitely helps with your mood swings, periods, digestion, skin texture improvement. I have seen visible changes within a week. Consistency is the key and always check what suits u and proceed with caution. This routine suits me well and hope it helps others. The quality is very good and so far didn't find any issues.

Happy tummy happy me
First of all as soon as you open the pack it smells gorgeous. Totally refreshing and the taste is equally satisfying. This tea is a blessing for me as it soothes my acidity problem creating a pleasant environment in my stomach. It has eased the level of burning sensations in my stomach and has also made my breathe odour free. I am so thankful to the indian chai for the variety of tea's that they offer targeting specific health issues and organs.
