Where the attached wire or cable you are using, the opening could be a little larger.I used mine as a quick connection for my generator ground wire. What I did was to take the screw out, then then put my copper wire through the hole the screw came out of crimp it back. You have a good connection to the generator when needed.

The ad did not explicitly state that the clip was of copper material, which it is. Pricy in a small way but well worth the cost where critical applications require both corrosion resistance and reliable clamping power.

You can't go wrong with Mueller clips, they are just pricey. You get what you pay for.
