Great product. The benefits of niacin without the flush

This is a good product and works well for me.

I first began taking 100 mg Niacin caps after reading that they, in conjunction with a workout + a Sauna, produced a blood cleansing effect. It's a bit of a story, but you can do you own research on that point. Nevertheless, I did experience the Niacin Flush which never bothered me and it never appeared with any regularity or intensity. Now, onto this Niacinamide. Well, I recently discovered research on this particular form of Vitamin B-3 and the articles I read were convincing, especially in it's usefulness in controlling/combating/preventing/slowing-down... whatever, the development of Skin Cancer. That's a distant concern of mine as I have spent a very large amount of time in the sun and have suffered 3 severe sun-burns. And too, I did have removed, by a Dermatologist here in LosAngeles, a pre-cancerous skin bump. BTW, I was never sure it was "pre-cancerous" but the removal left me with an unsightly scar on my chest. Anyway, additional sun over the past few years has helped to disguise that badge-of-honor. So, Being mildly concerned about a recurrence of the pre-cancerous kind, I felt that taking this particular form of Vit B-3, there are several forms, might be a good addition to my diet. Well, of course I can't say anything about the long-term effects but this is my prescription for you the Reader: Research it for yourself and if you decide to try it I can say for certain that it has not produced a Niacin Flush nor have I experienced any gastric distress. As with any...any of these supplements, I research them as completely as I can, then make my own decision, never expecting any miracles or instant condition reversal. I have been taking these on and off. The reason I've been taking it like that is because I haven't noticed much difference and I really don't like to take too many pills. However, my roommate who recommended this to me has seen major difference on her skin. And I've noticed it too. It is shiny, smooth, and clear. She takes one pill twice daily, and I only take one/daily and not consistent so maybe that is the problem. I am not sure. But yea, the value for your money is worth it.

肌ケアのため、あと気持ちが落ち着くという効果もあるということで購入してみました。 肌の効果はまだわかりませんが、去年は日焼けでかぶれてしまったのですが今年まだそういったことがないです。 あと、気持ちが落ち着くのは効果あると思います。 何かあっても一呼吸おけるようになり、あまりイライラしないようになった気がします。 なくなったら、また買います。

飲み始めて1ヶ月と少し経ち 目尻近くに出来た扁平角化症がツルツルしてるのに最近気づきました。 赤いあざのように出来て表面が薄い瘡蓋のようにガサガサした状態でした。 何年もその状態で皮膚科で軟膏を貰ってましたが気長にならないと治らないと言われ ほとんど変化がない事で塗るのもやめていました。 ナイアシンアミドで肌が変わると聞き試しに飲み始めましたが、このまま続けて服用しようと思います。 赤みも薄くなった気がします。

赤みも痺れもこないで飲みやすいです。 カプセルが苦手な為錠剤も出たらなお嬉しいです。

パッケージが変わってから、効果も変わったように感じます。以前ほどぐっすり眠れなくなりました。前のパッケージのほうが効果が良かったです。
