They are what the listing says they are. However, they did not work on my boots because the leather on the inside is the natural side of the hide and therefore rough. But if you have lower topped shoes with a finish on the inside I think they'll work for you. Be careful installing them because the glue is strong and makes it hard to adjust the placement.

Oh, boy was this product more than expected! Wheen my first order just didn't arrive (exciting! Mysterious!), I placed another order, determined to win this tug-of-devliery-war. Success! My second order (of the same item) finally arrived! I was finally going to get to wear the shoes that were just a little loose in the heel. This was it! No more rubbing. Just a snug hug for my feet with every step. The directions are simple - like hyroglifics for ancient ones, ready for soft, plush like pillows for their heels. I applied them, read to wait "24 hours" for best adhesion, huffed but complied. Heck, after finally getting this tiny package in the mail, I wasn't going to risk impatience causing this new relationship to go wrong. TWO days later (I'm an overachiever), I slipped the shoes on... They fit better. They FELT better. Was this... true love? I was only running a few errands then doing a little walk with the family. By the end of a couple of hours, my heel was ready to part with the shoes and these new cushions, proving love at first sight just isn't a thing. (Get back to me on lust.) As I slipped my shoes off when I got home, I looked down, horrified! My feet were... yellow? Look, I've been burned by previous relationships before, but those marks went away with a good shower and some chocolate chunk ice cream. THREE showers (and a foot scrub later), the stained mark from what I thought was the one had finally started to fade. Am I disappointed? Sure. Especially in myself. I should know better by now. Other heel cushions I have tried that are usually sold at shoe stores have been a dismal failure in that the glue is so weak the cushion didn’t stay in place. The cushion wasn’t as well designed either. This one seems to grip my heel better which is important to me since I have AAAA heels which is quite narrow! Back in the day when shoes were sold by both heel and foot width, I was fine, but nowadays it seems like most shoes are medium width so they flap at the heels and unless tied to foot, I almost step out of them. I am of the belief that one’s shoes should fit - well and should not flap. These cushions are a step in the right direction with the offerings in this day and age.

I bought these Premium Leather Heel Grips Liner Cushions Inserts for my cowboy boots, but I couldn’t get them to stick and still put my foot in — likely because of the boot’s shape. The material feels nice and the quality seems good, but they just didn’t work with the narrow opening and heel design of cowboy boots. Might work better for other shoe styles.

I bought these a few years ago. I was so happy they had the same exact ones available. These are so comfortable! Just read the instructions first. It really helps to keep them in place. I just fold them in half, insert..just a little below the rim of the heel of the shoe.. and press in firmly. Let the adhesive..have about an hour or longer..to settle in. Then..wear your shoes. They have saved my feet from getting sore and having blisters. I put them in almost every pair of shoes. My feet don't slip up and down..or if they do slightly..it doesn't hurt. They are soft and cushioned.. Very comfortable, and they stay in place..almost everyday wearing.. This is my second time to purchase..I love them!!!

Product title and packaging states this is leather but it is just some fabric with foam.

Con la opción de adhesivo que traen es bastante fácil que se despeguen al ponerte los zapatos a no ser que tengas bastante cuidado. Si te convencen, te recomiendo ponerles un adhesivo más fuerte.
