This packet makes a terrific salted caramel ice cream in my Ninja Creami. Mix 1 cup almond milk, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 TB of sugar free butterscotch pudding mix, and the Trutein salted caramel packet with an immersion blender. I divide into two containers and have a great single serving dessert at 120 calories, 21 grams protein, 8 grams carb, and 8 grams sugar. I like to make a variety of flavors so it's nice to buy these individual packets rather than a big container.

I've been ordering a few samples from a couple of different companies in order to find something that doesn't necessarily taste gritty and has a decent flavor. This is a pretty good company and I've actually ended up ordering the full size from them because the shake is thick and the flavors are on point. So far I haven't found anything that I don't like with them and I've tried about 6 flavors. Some of the whey protein shakes just stay thin where this one has casein in it, and it just gives it a bit more thickness to it, which is more palatable to drink. I have a feeling I will be a repeat customer as I try some more flavors and like them.

I bought this for making protein ice creams, and it's the first powder I've tried that the flavor was perfect as is, without any additional flavoring or sweeteners, and it was fantastic. Now I just need the big container to come back in stock.

This tasted good. I like the slightly sweet caramel flavor. It had an odor after I mixed it with cold water, but it didn't get in the way.

I usually make a couple shakes a week in place of lunch. Very tasty and easy to make and good protein.

The Body Nutrition Protein Powder is not too bad when mixed with fruit and almond mild and a splash of vanilla. It does give you an extra boost of energy that you may need to start your day. I purchased these for someone who needed a meal replacement and it accomplished the job. Just sprucing up the flavor a bit. Not too bad and not fabulous, right there in the middle and the price was reasonable to try for the first time.

I love they sell these single serve packets not so much for travel but for sampling a new flavor before committing to 2 pounds of it. It just so happened I was traveling for work when this arrived and it came in handy. Trutein is my new favorite protein powder and this is a delicious flavor, would order more after my cookies and cream is empty.
