Before giving my personal review of this particular bike, I wish to thank Mr. L, and the team at Body Fitness Extreme, for being a really awesome group of people who truly believe in their products. It is that steadfast belief, combined with their dedication of ensuring that their customers are truly satisfied with each and every purchase, especially, when an item arrives damaged due to improper handling during shipment. Thanks again for standing by us and making things right.For all my fellow shoppers looking for that particular spinning bike, a few weeks ago, I purchased this particular bike for my wife who was bummed out after purchasing a fitness bike, that didn't performed as the anticipated. I grew weary for bike shopping until I saw this one. Sadly, it arrived with significant damages and had to be returned. In my initial and subsequent searches, I look at others, and settled on this particular bike. My decision was based on cost, and the equipment's characteristics:1. Cost: at $149, it costs significantly less than many others, and does what it's designed to do--give you a damned good cardio workout. As with any other equipment, it will serve us well for quite some time with proper use and maintenance.2. Design: the black and aqua or turquoise colors make it a beautiful piece of equipment. And, it's actually a lot prettier than in the photos. Its small form factor, allows it to be easily placed in any room in the home. Here, it currently sits in the family room until renovation is completed in the gym. Hey, no excuses!3. Quality: The engineering is absolutely outstanding, and will remain competitive with others in its class. It's well aligned. There's no wobbling, shaking or any unwelcomed vibrations. It doesn't matter your fitness level, and needing a quick workout to start your day right, this bike with its chain-driven 40 lb., wheel with the tension pad, will do the job. Let me also note that I initially thought that the chain drive would pose some level of distraction during workouts. It doesn't. The pedaling is very fluid, and quickly gets you into a good rhythm in your workout. The photos here, do absolutely no justice in portraying what a really beautiful piece of equipment this is. Get it now while you can, you certainly will not be disappointed. Good luck with your purchase.

This bike is awesome! Super easy to assemble, setup and ride and as my first indoor bike I am very happy. Although I have never owned an indoor bike before, the smooth and quiet spin and feel of an outdoor bike for under $300 is an amazing deal, especially when compared to the $1,000 price tag I was considering thru Peleton. Word of caution, I am an avid mountain biker and therefore know exactly where the seat should be positioned for maximum pedal power. I am 5'10" and I have the seat positioned at its maximum height. Anyone over my height should contact the manufacturer prior to purchasing to ensure they have something to handle the taller person.The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the computer. Very limited functionality so if you are looking for programs, ride profiles, in depth data, etc. you may need to look somewhere else

What an amazing exercise bike! First I love the fact it told me what size my fly wheel would be. 40lb is a very solid bike. A lot of other listing won't tell you the size and when you receive it its very small or and light. Also the water bottle was made to be placed on the side of the bike which doesn't get in the way while your working out. It was very easy to put together and easy to maneuver around my bedroom. Came with a cooling towel also. Great purchase, I highly recommend this product!

OmG this bike is super comfortable. Colors are great. Resistance bands are great combination with this bike. Also came with a water bottle. Goes great in the living room and so easy to maneuver. Came with a free cooling towel as well. Great purchase overall.

This exercise bicycle is a beautiful workhorse, but it is a beast to drag upstairs in the heavy box. I recommend you get someone to help you carry it upstairs. It took me a a couple of hours to assemble, but it looks like a stout mechanism. My doctor advised me to get more exercise and decided on an indoor model instead of a regular bike and it will give you a very good workout. I am a pool of sweat after 45 minutes and it definitely works well. However, after 50 miles on the odometer, it has begun to rattle and I am still trying to fix it. If any user has ideas on how to correct the rattle I would appreciate it. I took the cover off the chain and thought the chain just needed tightening, but that has not worked. The peculiar thing is that it does not rattle if I peddle backwards, but I prefer going forward. The manual does not offer any support number so I will continue to tinker with it.

First time my husband and I buy an exercise bike and we love it. Great resistance and very sturdy. The resistance bands give it a great edge for arm work outs during your spinning sessions. Came on time and excellent customer service. Would buy and recommend to all my friends and family.

Love love love my purchase!!❤️ I am 5’2 and the seat adjust forward and backwards, so I was able to get it to the perfect position for my height. The bike packaging came a little bit damaged, but the bike itself was in good condition. My bottle that came with the bike came a little damaged and the sellers were quick to send another one. Overall great purchase! Would definitely recommend.

This is a great bike for the money. The seat and pedals are easily swapped out with normal bike parts, so if you want a more comfy seat, switch it with a padded one, don't like the pedals, get some from Target. Everything works as expected, and it was easy to assemble.
